Bank of America Financial Center Mulholland Dr, Woodland Hills

We were waiting for 10 minutes to finally someone came to us and asked about our problem, after I explained it to her, she said let me check if I have any appointment with other customers, and it took 10 minutes for her to check it out. She said she will help us after her appointment and it took about 20 minutes, And after all of these wasting times, she sent me one of her colleagues and then he said I needed to get an appointment first and they can’t help me at the moment.

Yes, long lines, but when one needs help at a desk, very poor & inefficient customer service.

Chris S., financial advisor, is just a joke! I was referred to her from a different branch a few months ago, and I was told she was gonna call me in two weeks. No calls received. I called a few weeks ago, she talked to me close to 10 minuets and just wouldn’t tell the interest rate on CDs and kept ask me to make an appointment. So I did, and she said she would call me and email me as well to remind me. No calls or emails. When I showed up, she said I was 1 hour late and she didn’t even recall or know my name at all. No tellers there can give me any info I need. It’s ridiculous for a bank like BOA to provide such poor service. Avoid her at all cost.

Worst bank ever! Zero customer service. Will not do anything to help above and beyond. Lazy people. Long lines. Horrible horrible horrible. I’m canceling all my Bank of America accounts, and I have five, tomorrow! I hate these guys.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Susan is very professional and helpful.

Most tellers have left and no new people are hired. Lines are long and wait is very long. Tellers are friendly and apologetic. The bank has closed temporarily without warning. I don’t keep any valuables at home. They are in my safe box, but now no access!!!! We have a wedding and both wedding bands along with the bride’s jewelry are stuck in there. How can they do this without any warning or letter to the customers? Horrible horrible service. No etiquette

I found the bank to be very professional, and easy to deal with. I have a few accounts there and recently moved from the Tarzana branch. Shahar and Susan were very easy to work with, for wire transfers and setting up a new account. Would recommend them.

If I could give you zero stars I would. Susan you have the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Rule of thumb is “never yell at your customers” specially since it’s our Money! You need be fired and forever banned from working in banking and in anything that resembles customer service

Thumb down. Their staff are bored and free but tell you need an appointment to talk to them. Seriously thinking to change my bank, horrible customer service.

Susan is my favorite Banker and the loan officer is great also. - my favorite branch
