Bank of America Financial Center Bergenline Ave, Union City

No tellers on duty at all. Manager said they will tellers next week. I asked him if he could jump behind the counter and he stared at me like I asked him to sacrifice his first born.

Worst Teller Service EVER!!!!! They take forever to provide a service, only 2 tellers talking to each other. They stopped to help a guy who was trying to take out $2000 from an ATM. There were like 20 people waiting before him!!!!!! But they started taking to each other and they guy instead of asking to make the line like everybody else!!! Come on! Either hire more people or provide a better service!

Just had the most ridiculous experience at Bank Of America, the do NOT accepted t cash deposits! Unbelievable! Tried to deposit $75 into a family members account and they would NOT accept. Said I had to set up a transferred from my credit union. This is insane. I would never bank at Bank of America. I’d give them noooo starts if possible.

This is my local bank but unfortunately it is the worst bank of American I go to. This area is so populated yet they always have only one or two tellers, the lines are outrageous and the entrance is full of people waiting to withdraw from the ATM.

Is 10 windows and only one working.... Waste of space... The lines are long and slow service... Is this lady name Ana, her nails are so long that she can't even type in the computer keyboard, she was using a pencil to type.. unprofessional...

Long lines and all, this is normal for a money world. You need to pay salaries etc. And if a teller takes a long time to process a customer, this is also normal. You don't wanna make a mistake dealing with accounts and packs of money that can drive poor tellers crazy. At least the branch manager really works in this branch, she takes the first hit, she is a first line defender, always standing at the outpost right near the door. In this branch it's all long and all that, then use the fr***g mobile banking to do transfers and most of the job. Ok, so big shout out to the bank manager at this branch!

This branch is always understaffed. The lines are out the door with only one teller. It’s frustrating to have to wait more than 30 minutes for a simple deposit that cannot be done through the ATM. Stop being so cheap and staff accordingly. Sincerely, Your customer for 15 years 🤦🏻‍♂️

This branch is never properly staffed. I'm currently waiting in line and there hasn't been a single person behind the counter for 10 plus minutes because he has to receive the money. Aparently he's the only person here who can do anything? Awesome...

Lines are way too long. Bank of America needs to step it up in this area period. Put those liaisons behind the counter to help customers instead of having them stand around telling customers that the need to wait in line duh.
