Bank of America Financial Center Hesperian Blvd, Hayward

Went to withdraw money and i asked for new 100s bills. They cannot provide me the entire amount im withdrawing in 100s. They offered me in 20s which i cannot accept because it is for international travel. They can only give me around half of it. Also, they gave me old bills which i asked for replacement. The white teller rolled her eyes while I was sorting the bills, maybe because Im Asian. I have to comeback the following day to withdraw the other half in order for me to have 100s. This is happening at the height of expensive gas prices. They made me suffer waiting in their line twice for over an hour. This is your way making our fellow Americans suffer more. update: I was withdrawing less than $10k. I wasnt withdrawing millions. Basing on your response, it seems that it is too large for BofA to give me 100s for it. I felt so uncomfortable with the rolling of eyes of your teller. I felt so discriminated.

Worst experience is what I get everytime I go to this branch I have no choice because they closed all the other branches Standing in line right now 2 tellers and 25 customers Been here for 40 minutes already and still 10 customers ahead of me

Always short on staff. I wonder why don’t they hire more people!

I called this branch numerous times and no one bothers picking up.. horrible service.

Unfortunately I left Bank of America because of all their fees but my companies checks still come from there. While cashing my check the first teller told me it needed to be verified by a client advisor, no problem. Took less than 2 minutes. I go back to a new teller. Not a helllo or how is your day... but.. you want to cash a check, yes. Do you have an account, no. Did you get it verified,yes. (Which it said on the check) from who. Damn, there's only 2 customers here. You just seen me walk over. Can you smile? Do you own Bank of America? Acting like I'm an inconvenience because I want to get paid. The tone and look on her face was like I was trying to scam her. Good Morning to you too... I understand some people are trying to do their job but this lady should find another one. You're the face on a trillion dollar company and reminded me why I hated banking there. Last impression horrible service.

This bank of America worst service ever if you show up to ask a help for just a wire transaction rigth away they answer 2 hours of waiting time not even try to help you at all they want you just to walk away i will close my account this is wrong..

Very slow service. Only 2 cashiers and long wait lines.

I came today to this location to just talk with them about my account I waited for almost 4 hours so crazy and I can’t believe this waiting long

I went here today and spent 1.5 hour at the bank. Long lines only 3 tellers and there was absolutely no organization when we had to speak to a banker. Many people trying to cut the order because of it and it is what took so long. Banker was rude and was not empathetic towards anyone's situation. This is a horrible bank. Other branches in the area are no different. I only wish we could transfer our loans to another bank like a credit union.

Worst banking ever, only bank open in area on SATURDAYS. Three tellers, hour wait. Just ridiculous to close so many banks on SATURDAY. Keep cost down by not having banks open, and then not enough tellers. But want to nickle and dime the customer for everything. High interest rates and late fees. DO BETTER. WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.
