Extremely poor customer service. You can't reach anyone one the phone. Keep on calling but no answer. On other review, I see the response stating limited recourse and CDC guidelines and bla bla bla but at least your associate can reply to an email. i have sent an email 3 weeks back and no response on my inquiry. Only option to get someone is schedule online appointment and that is also available after few days only. It is not always feasible to schedule appointment during working hours and visit branch as customer also have work and job to do. Update (1/4/2022): This branch is of no help to fix any of the account issue. i am struggling to get any help to resolve my issue going on since Oct 2020. Now the branch is closed and no appointment is available. No update in advance before closing so as if customer want to access safe deposit box they can. now we need to send email and wait for the access. What is I have some item needed in emergency from the box from this location. Planning to close my account from this bank and take business with another bank where customers are treated with better service.

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for 35 minutes only to be told they couldn't cash a simple check with all the proper Id required and also being a account holder. Was told it was over the limit... really! Went to another location a few miles down the road. Was in and out in less than 9 minutes. The professionalism was night and day different... excellent customer!!

Horrible service, walked in for a wire transfer around 2:50 pm, was told there are 5 waiting in line and we cannot get to it before close - Fair enough. Asked for an appointment for next available date - was told Monday is full and possibly Tuesday as well. I asked to check, was told to go to the Duluth location. Basically the manager had no desire to service a customer. She was so keen to find excuses not to help at all.

Even though hours have been cut no one is at the branch. I call the 800 number and sat for over 30mins and no help. Frustrated!!

The worst BOA branch I have ever visited. I requested for an account statement. Received black and white prints on normal letter paper, which took more than an hour.

I am pretty sure you heard a lot when things don't go well. But this is one of those notes that I wanted to send in appreciation of two associates who have been nothing short of superlative brand ambassadors of Bank of America. I've been a long time customer and I preferred customer as well with Bank of America and had many instances going to various different branches in Texas, Arkansas, California and now here in Georgia. I have not come across better professional than Ms. Karen who's the branch manager and Mr. Victtor Cabral who is one of the Relationship Manager. What is impressive apart from their deep subject matter experience is their genuine care for the customers. It's blatently visible. They have definitely exceeded expectations

Horrible. I went there disregarding other reviews. But all the negative ones are true. I was standing in the lobby for nearly 10 mins. For a minute I thought that everyone in the bank were fired. I had to go to the manager’s room myself and tell that I’ve been waiting. I feel Bofa doesn’t care for their customers anymore. Having a second thought of moving to some other bank that provides better service to their customers.

Horrible customer service. Too much turnover in management. I've banked with BOA since 1987. I've been through the acquisition from Bank South to NationsBank to BOA. Each step is backwards in service. You would think that a customer who has been with them for 33 years, and banked in this branch since the day it opened, would be treated with respect. But no one really cares.

We had an online appointment in the afternoon to open a checking account for a minor and editing an existing account. We were in and out within the next hour. Most of our needs are taken care of through ATMs or online banking so I can’t speak for the actual service here but we had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. It's a mega bank so you get what you expect to get out of it but it's unacceptable not to have the drive-thrus open on a Saturday when people have a limited amount of time to get there errands done. Then when you go inside there's only two tellers so the line is extremely backed up. I guess this plays into all the rest of the reviews on here about poor customer service, too many bank service sales people and not enough tellers.
