    I've been banking with them for over 5yrs and my 1 time going to this branch would make anyone want to close their account!!! So unprofessional-they come off EXTREMELY prejudice. I'd rather drive 1.5 hrs to go to the branch across town then to give them my service!!!

    Staff is friendly and courteous. Sometimes it takes a while to get through the line but that's usually because the people being helped are having weird complicated transactions. Been coming here for over 4 years. No complaints.

    A word of caution. This bank is about 10-12 years behind most present day banks as far a technology goes. A barely functional website and a mobile app that might pass as a high school project, leads one to question this bank's "reputation" and why it's even open in 2022. By the way, if you find yourself an unfortunate victim of owning an account here, your account number is not the number labeled as "account number" on your statement....that's your savings account number. Completed disorganized.

    I went to DCCU to open new accounts and thought didn't have enough time to refinance my car loan, though was surprised that all transactions took less then hour. Elsa and her other coworkers were really friendly and professional. Thank you!!!

    I use a credit union that is not local. However I can use service centers to deposit and withdrawal money and I did this at Delta Federal Credit Union. The credit union was very nice and friendly.

    Awful company, bad experience all around. Checking account issues, auto loan issues, home loan issues... Learned my lesson, never again.
