Bank of America Financial Center Seven Locks Rd, Potomac

I was initially hesitant to go to this place because of all the negative Google reviews, but going there was surprisingly pleasant. The staff was courteous, and most importantly, fast! Went in and out and done in ten minutes. Definitely recommend.

I won't be going back to this B of A location. I was told I was going to be seen by a "small business specialist" then was passed off to someone else who was no where to be found. They both reappeared to tend to another customer's needs without acknowledging my 30+ minute wait time. Poor customer service. Hope they do better in the future but I won't be going there to find out.

My experience is pretty good. The staff are polite and efficient.

Went it for notary services in the afternoon, but the notary was "fully booked". Went down the street to UPS and had a document notarized within 5 minutes. This location makes notary service rather burdensome and slow. Recommend elsewhere for non-banking services.

Understaffed and untrained. I did go during the holidays but it seems like most of the financial center branches in the area are known for poor customer service.
