Bank of America Financial Center Chestnut St, San Francisco

I have been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly as I was by the manager, William, today at this Chestnut Street location. I stood in line inside waiting my turn to deposit a check and withdraw cash with the teller. I don't normally like to go inside, but because of the transaction amounts, it could not be done at the ATM. The teller was new and very nice and polite. However, he needed approval from his manager for a couple parts of my transactions. I was surprised when none of my funds were going to be available today that I was depositing, so I asked the manager about why that was (I thought they had always been partially available in the past). The manager seemed very annoyed with me and told me that that was never the case, it was clearly written on some sign (that I could not see) and that I needed to go to the ATM instead if I wanted to withdrawal any part of my deposit. This manager, William, was extremely rude and told me there was a line behind me and harshly asked if I had any other questions. I had literally been with the teller for 3 minutes and it would have been less if he hadn't had to ask for approval for certain parts of transaction. It was neither my fault that there was a line behind me nor that the teller needed to ask approval. But, William spoke to me as if I was a huge inconvenience and was inappropriately using teller services. I felt humiliated and rushed. I am now inclined to switch banks because of such a poor experience at this location--it was that bad.

Had the best experience here today. I had a special situation where I needed documents specifically for a attaining a travel visa and the associates here all went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Great experience.

Very FAST FAST FAST FAST service. I went in there and had all my things taken care of so fast that I didn't know what to do for the rest of the day. FAST.

Since July this place is no longer open till 6. It closes at 5pm now. Thanks internet.

TELLER ASSIST = $1500. WITHDRAWAL ($1's, $5's, $100's)

I went to the Bank of America Chestnut street branch yesterday. I arrived at 5:01 pm, the door was still open. I walked in and the customer service manager told me it was closed. I explained that I have been a B of A customer for over 20 years and just wanted to make a quick deposit. The woman was completely unsympathetic. I have never been refused service if the door is still open. No flexability, no appreciation for long standing customers. I plan to change banks. ASAP. Clearly B of A does not value customer loyalty.

Awesome with taking away all fees and even trying to improve my interest rates while being transparent the whole time.

There’s ALWAYS only 1 teller and it ends up taking up an hour of my time to see a teller.

The laziest branch . No tellers behind the desk on 1/10/19 this is unacceptable
