Came to close accounts, they said I couldn't because the pending charges hadn't resolved. I asked the manager if they would be resolved by the next day so I could close my account. She said yes. Not the first time wellsfargo had lied to me but it will hopefully be the last. Bank with a credit union it will be the best decision you've made.

Another disappointing transaction with Wells Fargo. They have No sense of urgency. NO attention to detail. They seem to have NO steps of service. Over promise and UNDER deliver. Save your time, SAVE your money and go somewhere else.

They now have 24/7 ATM access inside like chase bank.

Scheduled a wire transfer here first thing in the morning to make a down payment for a home purchase (time sensitive for this particular transaction). The banker that helped me advised that it would be sent out and even introduced me to the branch manager before I left. Hours later I receive word from the title company that the transfer hasn't gone through yet, so I call the bank and ask them what's the hold up. Another banker says that it's still in the queue for a 2nd approver as it's over a certain amount. Are you kidding me?! Store manager that I was introduced to before I left...what were you doing the whole morning?

Closed my accounts but they continued to send me overdraft fees. Boo this bank.

One of the few places where you can get a safe deposit box. Also good for getting quarters.
