Bank of America Financial Center Alton Pkwy, Irvine

Long overdue kudos to the manager and her staff at this branch. Maria is an excellent Manager that leads her team with excellence, respect and provides great customer service to us, the client. I have come across several people where we all agree that this branch is the only one in Irvine that allows the client to have an excellent customer experience. My husband and I are happy to be their clients. Kudos to Maria; she has great managerial and leadership skills!!

Most terrible bank experience EVER!! The teller is super rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I made an appointment yesterday, but they said I was not on the list and kept questioning me about where I made that even though I showed the email😅. After a loooooong wait of over 30mins, they picked a random assistant who wasn’t on my appt.

I just finished opening an account at this location. I was a walk in. The lady Sam that answered the phone and gave advice was wonderful. I was really glad to meet her. I then met Erica who put me in the sign in list and she ensured I was comfortable and made sure I was directed to the right person to help me. The manage Maria was fantastic. She was completely knowledgeable and helped me with the account. Thank you ladies for your help today!

The worst branch ever, very rude team, unprofessional, zero customer service and communication skills. I been doing business with Bank of America since 2016, I have visited so many branches in OC but this one is horrible. Bankers should be more knowledgeable, nice and greetabl.

I went to this place three times for a simple pin change. I hope they’re not incompetent. I think they just don’t want to help you. I still can’t use atm and pull out my own money because they either changed my pin after i left or they don’t know how to change something as simple as changing pin number. Whichever one it is, I’ve made the decision to open an account with chase and plan on moving all my business to them. If you want to take care of business in the most efficient way possible, don’t come to this one.

I don't know why this branch gets such a low score. My experience with the banker, Frances Monge, was fantastic. She was helping my wife and me close our accounts when she ran up against an action that she could not authorize, so she called a specialist on the phone and patiently explained the situation. I think it took her an hour to get the specialist to promise that my issue would be resolved. Then she called me over the next few days to check on the outcome. I was truly humbled by her sense of customer care, even though I was trying to CLOSE my account! BofA should be proud to have bankers like her who show compassion, patience and dedication. Thank you, Frances!

Saturday 10mins before close and at leadt over 30 people are waiting at line. They have more people assigned for home loans but only two cashiers.

Calm , Clean and well managed branch, The manager stayed outside all the time made sure everyone been took care of. A well designed Branch, The Review score of this place does not reflect the service you get here at all!, Some of the reviews are pointing to BOA in general , not the branch. We have stopped here to get a series of statements for an old account , The staff were superfriendly, kind and took care of us like family. We had our newborn with us, and everyone was so excited around her and made us a beautiful memory, FRANCES M and ERICA B, were the kindest bankers we ever met, they treated Aima(our new born!) so special and took care of us so professionally ,

Terrible branch!! On top of that to close on Friday bat 4 pm, its just ridiculous!!!

Worst branch amongst all in Irvine. Lazy staff taking an hour for a minute of work. Never go here, let the business close here and have them shut this branch.
