Over the decades this place has been cutting staff and services and continuously charging you fees for every service rendered and even for services not rendered. You have completely illuminated and cut out their business tell her desk apparently they don’t want local business people doing business at their facility anymore. ATMs have a constant problem of being down out of order or unavailable to except cash. Often only one or two tellers to except customers can obviously tell that the customers of this brands have been a banding in it for all these very reasons. If you want to be charged fees and pay and lose money to deposit your money at this bank be charge service fees for holding it there and have credit cards to pay back the least amount of dividends in the worst bonus programs in the banking industry,Then this is the place for you. Depositing checks and not having them clear within 24 hours so your money is not available. Canceling your cards and sending you out a new one because they had their servers attacked and compromised and your private information has been stolen so you have to go through all the headaches of resetting up all your accounts that were using that card number if you want that this bank is for you. If you’re stranded somewhere multiple times and you go up to an ATM and it tells you it’s down because their servers need to update and it’s late at night and you have no cash on you left stranded in a neighborhood with no help and all the phone numbers say they’re closed until business hours the next day then this bank is for you.

3PM on a Tuesday after. I'm 10th in line waiting for one teller. Guy at the teller is depositing ones into his account and is taking his sweet time counting at the teller window. They refuse to open a new teller window despite 15+ people waiting in line.

Don't waste your time on this branch. The line is always long. They only have one teller on the rush hour and to speak with a banker waiting time is long

There's no parking, and there's a lady that sit s in an open side which is so useless, she's need to get customers service training. Hopeless!! Leland BOA is way so much better and friendly.

Never ever enough tellers. Eight people in line with two tellers & 12 windows. Does not make sense

Worst bank ever!!!!!!! They have no since of urgency to help the customers in line, they always have one teller at the booth helping 20 plus people while the other workers just sit at desk helping no one. It’s seriously outrageous that I have to wait more than 30 mins just to do something that takes 2-3 mins to do. They seriously need to hire more people so that the bank runs efficiently without 20-30 waiting in line. This place really disappoints me, they need to do better.

don't bother making check deposit at teller's windows. they will ask you to go out and use the ATMs instead. i normally use ATMs for smaller amounts but for larger amounts (over $1000), i feel more comfortable making deposit at the counter. it wasn't just me. it happened to my family members as well.

Don’t waste your time at this place. They have no respect for their clients time with wait times of over 30 mins. Absolutely not fair to their one teller they had working dealing with a line of over a dozen people at all times

Slow, rude, and no chance of improving! They took 45min to get a manager over ride for something that literally took him 30 seconds.

Always open late. Long line waiting. Short staffs. I’m sorry to be more than 30 years in this branch
