Bank of America Financial Center Main St, Nashua

Would be nice if you actually updated for being closed. Normally go to Amherst st but it said closed. Main st said open, drove all the way there to find a sign on the door.

Understaffed. Last week I had to wait nearly an hour in line just to be told to schedule an appointment and come back then. On the day of the appointment I called this branch to confirm the time. Their phone system gives you about 7 rings, and then says something like, "everyone is busy", and hangs up. I cant believe Bank of America doesn't have the resources to just put me on hold until someone is available. The small town bank I primarily use, which only has 6 branches total can afford to do that. So when they hang up on you, you have to call back, go through the menus again until you get a chance to call the branch. I would like to mention all of the people I have interacted with at this branch are doing a great job, except whoever is in charge of customer experience and staffing. They should get more people working during peak hours, and implement phone technology that most banks have been using since the 80s.

Very slow. Only one employee at counter rest sitting at their desk's doing nothing....

Just had an amazing experience at this branch. My father passed away recently and I needed to upload a form to his account. Valbona Mino, an Assistant Vice President, handled my transaction. She was professional, thoughtful, thorough, and sensitive to what brought me in there. If there were more stars to give to her, I would give them!

Literally have been waiting in line for 10 mins only one person ahead of me . One teller . Must say not Impressed! This is the slowest bank I have ever went to !

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever stepped foot in. 1 Teller every day no matter the day. Mgt has no regard what so ever for our time. I spent 25 to 30 minutes just to make a daily deposit. And the mgt always says we are short staffed today.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. Waited over an hour just to get a temporary card and ended up having to leave without the card due to having an appointment to go to. Staff was USELESS today. On top of that I was the only one in the waiting room! Been a bank of america customer for over 10 years. Never had an experience like this. Truly unfortunate.

Terrible experience. Came in to get a direct deposit form from the Teller (of which I have done in the past at other b of a branches) she made me sit and wait for a manager! Waited 10 minutes, no communication from manager. I left. Will NEVER return to this branch. Stay away, do not waste your time.

I wish if i have option for ziro I will really do Waiting line for more than 30 minutes and there is a just one lady in the customer windows And she asks many privet question I don’t like that and she doesn’t care about the line There are only 2 customers before me !!! I waited for more than 35 minutes for just deposit one check!!!!

I have been here about 5-6 times. I always have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. CONSISTENTLY UNDERSTAFFED. But what you do you expect from a greedy corporation..
