Bank of America Financial Center Ranch Dr, Milpitas

Scheduled an appointment at 11:30am. No agent or any representative shows up after an one hour waiting. What’s the point of schedule ahead? Also no one follows social distances inside the facility.

Be prepared to wait in line for at least 20 mins. In fact I had the time to rate and write a review while waiting in line. Second time here and my second time waiting in a long slow moving line. There are 12 people in line with 2 tellers and one banker sitting on her computer not servicing anyone.

It was a great experiance to me and staff is very customer friendly and went their without any appointment and they immediate set an appointment and asked me wait for 15 mins. Before 15 mins the employee came and took me to open an A/C She is very user friendly and customer oriented Over very good experiance on first visit and let hope to the same experiance every time i visit the bank of america ranch drive branch. I recommended this branch to have a A/C in BOA

I open checking account at this place and i didn't get ATM card. I have to call in myself after two month waiting. The service is very poor. no one can help you at lunch time, deposit or withdraw are ok. Don't go there at lunch time, because that is their lunch time too.

The location is quite good, right off the highway. The associate here are helpful and nice, and resolved my problem very quickly. Someone was going for lunch but offered to come back on time to help me immediately.

The branch manager sucks. She had people signed in but didn't give service in order. People who came later got service first (those people don't have appointments). Also, two ladies on the right side rooms only serve for India guys even though they got in after. Employers definitely need to hire new staff to provide good professional services.

Always short on Tellers. Only one today manager says they are hiring abd short staffed. But appear to have 4 loan officers selling money . Just don't plan on walking in to see a teller. It's been like this for at least three months. They need. Help

Ana, the manager here, made me pay $8 to cash my own check from my own bank account. She has the power to override, but chose not to. Most other managers at other branches see that I've had my account here for over 12 years and choose to override. She chose to charge me the $8 and so I choose to write this review.

Called customer care for attestion services..they mentioned it's available for customers at all branches...went to this center...to know none has it so far ! Ana, the manager says she is not aware when this will be updated in systems ! They certainly need to update their systems!! Update- if you are a customer of BoA , they will reimburse your incurred cost for attestation services!

I was in line for 45 min only two tellers employers were walking back and forth the line was long and no one wanted to open up another window. Spoke to the manager there was nothing she can do.worst bank ever!!!
