    Had me stand in line for 30min. When I arrive to the teller the system went down. When the system rebooted 5-10minutes later, they told me I couldn’t cash my check and they did not want to make the effort of contacting the person. I asked to speak to a manager, Erika let me know he was in a meeting but somehow she was able to quickly get a hold of the manager (Edwin)? Told me to come back 30min it’s later but I wasn’t guaranteed that I would be able to speak with the manager. Would not recommend this branch to anyone that values their time.

    Set an appt to open an account... a few days before the appt canceled on me didn't give me any notice enough to make another appt anywere before that date. Didn't explain why just told me they were going to be closed for 2 weeks... out of no were... just canceled my appt on me and decided to close. I will never open a bank of america account because of this.

    If I could give a 0 star I would, they force closed my son's account and we explained he tried to get a loan from a website he found out was fraud after the fact. He also was told if they close his account he would have 60 to 90 days to bring the account to pay his negative $168.00 and they representative that was helping him made sure his account was reported after 30 days. The representative was trying to ask questions that were inappropriate and I did not let her take advantage of my son knowing he was 20 years old and should not be ask the questions she was asking.

    Horrible experience of foul silent sybliminal racist remarks, waiting for Jorge Ayala to do simple override, he talks to much on the phone and talking about his coworkers. I would bring my hard earn checks their , and he would hold me up, I bring a check sign to me and his behavior is very hold up heckling saying “yeti” what ever that is suppose to mean. I think he was talking about the security that I seen at the door when I arrived as well. Very sarcastically jealous hold up and ridiculous reasoning for being so over cautious pertaining money I come to collect. Wish you do your job and quit trying to get a personal feel for us customer that just want to do our business and be on our way. A financial transaction doesn’t require the emption Jorge just need to listen to the clerk and do overrides when asked and know he cause a discouragement for me when I bring my pay check too, what I am suppose to think about working hard for my money when we have a childish Financial Center Manager . A back biting back stabbing no confidence having parasite.

    over 2 years now and the line gets bigger and bigger over 30 minutes wait with no attempt to fix it, they keep saying cutting down on expenses, but we will cut down on the bank now and i switched two of my accounts to another bank. and might switch the rest very soon if no changes.

    The electric car charging stations were the only reason I chose this branch when I needed to visit in person. So convenient to be able to bank while charging! Very good social distancing practices. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will always look for a charger before choosing where to do my errands.

    Little to no staff present onsite. Waited 30 mins for a cashiers check & the teller then had to ask another employee to take over. People were constantly being skipped in line & nobody was present to regulate.

    Very long wait with my elderly mother. No acknowledgment of how difficult for her to sit/stand for the extended period of time spent waiting. Staff person didn’t cone to greet us after previous customer finished transaction. Instead she sat at her desk doing who knows what while at least three other folks were patiently waiting. Awful!! Now, finally our turn. Yes he rep comes out and asks ‘who’s next?’ My sister, mother and I say ‘we are!’ There’s an another customer waiting and she asks them “are you next?” We look at her incredulously and ask why she needed to verify with them? #microaggression

    I went in there today because my check I tried to deposit was on hold for way to long of a time and the manager Jorge was awesome. He sat there with me the whole time going up and beyond trying to figure out why it was getting held because I had such urgency to get it for the fact I needed to pay my rent. Jorge was my problem solver and made me walk out happy from a very irratating situation. Defiantly appreciate him and everythibg he did to assure me. Thank you.

    I always wait longer here than usual. This branch has less employees and a wide area to cover. I am writing this review as I am waiting on the line, the tellers are moving slow. it’s a terrible experience. I will never come to this branch again.
