Bank of America Financial Center Main St, Queens

Everyone here are so overworked and tired. Even the supervisor, Jessica look half dead without any enthusiasm. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. Even if you need Chinese speaking service other branches have Chinese speaking staff as well. Go online to the make an appointment section and you can see the bankers name and the languages they speak. Only two teller here and the line is super longer. Don't understand why with such densely populated community they have so little staff. I ordered foreign currency and made the mistake to delivered here because it is closer and the location at Northern Blvd. has no parking. Next time I have it sent to Bell Blvd. It is so frustrating dealing with this branch. Basically all the banks in Flushing is super busy but BOA is the worst when it comes to customer service. At least the staffs at Chase have more enthusiasm, greet you at the door, and have more windows open. In general I wouldn't recommend coming to Flushing for banking services.

It can almost be rated as the worst bank, the system is broken every day, and the key is not notified. Let customers queue for half an hour and then the system is broken. Very poor service attitude!

Worst bank in the world! There are hundreds of people waiting in line but they only have one teller working, the branch manager is drinking coffee and play games in his private office, they don’t care about the customers, never! Shame on you!

The worst customer service!!!! ！I went there today to line up to pay the bill. When it was my turn, two ladies wanted to jump in the line. but I didn’t let her jump in the line because everyone was waiting . One of the ladies said she was the staff here, so the other Ladies don't have to line up and there is a man at the counter whose name is Teddy, and he said that this lady is our staff member, and I should handle it for her first. I will not go there anymore. sooo worst!

I went this location today for my home mortgage. mortgage lady has pool attitude. She play with cell phone in front of me awhile, then said I should not come to this location to apply home mortgage because I buying home in mamaroneck Westchester. After let her know that I living in Flushing, she roughly looking at my first page of tax report and said she could make any loan for me. I waited much more than an hour under the burning sun to try to get pre- approval, this lady even not want to look at my document in detail, recommended me to make credit card loan or different kind of loan. I disappointed her attitude, and back to home. I done think she understand well for he profession.

This is not Bank of America it should be call bank of china!!! I try to open an account and I was denied. I had my NYC driver's license My Chase bank stements my SSD stements major credit cards, and it was still not enough documentations. This bank only cater to Chinese people only no American citizens. The Bank staff is racist and biased in my opinion.

Poor service attitude, processing speed is very slow! Much worse than bell blve Bank of America service.

The worse customer service out of the area, their staff always make you feel like they try to rush you out, very impatient to people that doesn't understand English. never have an good experience with them, they should change their management team and improve. Considering switch to Chase they got a lot more branches and better attitude to customers.

Nice security/ social distance keeping staff but poor lobby management. Seems you need to wait longer with an appointment. And compare to other branches, they don’t call ahead of your appointment time.

It gets a little busy and could use some more cashiers. I don't go there to speak to the cashiers much as I use the ATM the most and it is convenient. There is a line every day now due to Coronavirus and sometimes it gets quite long outside on the sidewalk. They need to have two lines, one for Teller customers/General banking and another one for ATM goers. Overall it's a convenient bank because it is close to me and I'd recommend it.
