Not enough employees to service walk ins. 1 teller, 1 banker , 1 loan officer and 1 manager working with a line almost out the door.

Slowest line, hasn't moved for 10 minutes. One person who had a teller helping him disappeared, leaving us with one teller, with four people behind the counter doing who knows what. Line keeps getting longer.

Extremely slow lines. Need more tellers, this is so unacceptable

Had to use the atm. The hours on the door says they're open but all the doors were locked.

I went to reinstate a dormant account and they wouldn’t take my deposit. I had to call another department who told me to make a withdrawal or deposit, which I informed her they refused to do. Now I’m waiting 3-5 business days for something that should have taken 5 minutes. Granted it’s my fault it’s dormant but the failure to know their job is not. The window clerk even asked a manager what to do. Fortunately the reason I needed this particular account is no longer necessary and as soon as it’s active again I will be closing it.

I don't write reviews unless particularly inspired to do so. Today I was thoroughly disappointed in the service provided to me by Ripsik and Norma Freile. I frequently cash checks at various locations with the required documentation and have been doing so for some time now. I have even cashed checks at this location in the same manner. Today was different. Ripsik might've not been sure what to do? I'm not entirely certain of what motivated ripsik and norma to deny me service.. Maybe it was the amount of the check, or she was having a bad day, maybe its because I'm of a different demographic than they're used to serving comfortably. I believe its possibly a combination of things. I know one thing is true, for whatever reason they decided to discriminate against me considering I've been following the same protocol for years now at multiple locations. When I asked for any sort of documentation to confirm that they were indeed following procedure and not personally deciding to deny me service based on their own bias I was rudely denied. Norma went as far as to make comments like "go back to the branches you normally goto" and other less than respectfully mannered comments . I can guarantee the lack of cooperation and tact they displayed is not common practice for them. I intend to voice my concerns to corporate, as well as contacting the branch manager to ensure this never happens again.

Bank is Open . Line isn't bad . Needed help cashing a check and staff turned me away . Happy holidays .

This branch was still closed as of 8-10-20. I'm not sure the reason why. Check the BoA website for updates.

Very nervous Armenian workers in this bank. Do not want to serve customers. Very unprofessional workers.
