Agree with most other reviews the price is awfully high considering how short of a time you get. My son did love it though ! So it was a fun one time experience considering the price. No regret of him having to try it once though

I almost had to miss my time here due to other plans, but luckily, those plans didn't work out. The staff reached out a couple times before my time and was willing to work with me and rescheduled my flight time from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and overall, great! I got there early for my new flight time and the class I was with watched a short video, went over hand signs (because of the loud noises when indoor skydiving), and other safety stuff. We put our stuff away in easy to use lockers, put on our flight gear (earplugs, jumpsuit, helmet, etc), and it was easy to do. The flights were a little more challenging than expected, but the staff was there and was very helpful! Thanks, Ifly! Hope to go for round 2 sometime in the near future!

The instructor was nice but the price is a complete rip off. I didn't realize it, but a 'Flight' is 1 minute long. So when you buy 2 flights, that means 2 minutes of flying. Additionally they put you in a group with ~10 other people so you have to sit and wait for ~30 minutes while they are flying for your 2 minutes to come up. So you show up on time for your reservation, you'll wait 30 minutes before starting the training (to ensure everyone is there), train and suit up, wait while everyone in the group goes in the chamber... its $75 for 1.5 hours of waiting and 2 minutes of flight time. And that's if you don't pay the extra $15/flight to 'go higher', which would bring you to $105. WOW.

Our instructor, Samuel, was amazing. He was very informative, helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. The experience itself was amazing too!

Had SUCH an excellent experience here. Our instructor Kyle was so awesome; patient, informative, knowledgeable, and engaging. The host Darryl who checked us in was also a delight and helpful. Overall, my son and I enjoyed the experience so much that we purchased the next flight in advance (which they offer at a considerably lower rate after the flight)! Would totally recommend this place to anyone seeking a great thrill and new experience. A tip: smile, relax, breathe through your mouth, and enjoy the ride!

Lady with blue hair at counter very rude. Asking me if I want to purchase or not trying to hurry me. And no one was after me. Looked like I interrupted their conversation.

My 10 year old had an absolutely amazing experience. Can not wait to do it again! Staff was so nice and encouraging to everyone.

I took my daughter there for her birthday and she loved it. We had a great time.

IFLY was pretty good. Are instructor Miles was chill and helpful. Destiny was friendly. I'm a tourist and would recommend this place. Only con is they do not let you fly really high.

SUPER FUN!!! I was nervous but the instructor was with me the whole time. I know I am safe with him~ I am too chicken to do the REAL skydiving so this mini one... I can handle it!!

Our birthday party experience. Booked morning party for 6 kids with room. Glad we had AM shade. Front cashier nice. There is only one room used for parties. small, but nice. Really, not enough space for more than 6 flyers with parents. Instructor good. Flying experience is amazing. But make sure the suit fits well. If belt too high it will hurt your stomach from the force of the wind. My complaint is there was no guidance or help during the party. We brought extra food for the parents. We set out and cleaned all on our own.We had to ask if we could start the flights. We had to ask for parking validation. Another couple also flew during our party. They had the kids sit through the couple's multiple filghts. If your guests are a minute over the 2 and half hour validation they are charged $25 for parking. So don't have guests arrive early and get them out quick. iFly is probably a better experience as a drop by activity.

My minor son had a blast, instructors were polite, informative and made my son feel at ease. The lady behind the counter has very poor customer service skills. She's very "matter of fact" and dismissive. I saw her interact with 4-5 customers while waiting. I think one customer changed his mind during the checkout process. English wasn't his native tongue and he had trouble understanding the price and the extra charge to go up higher. Her tone was dismissive, rude and condescending to others. I believe her name was Brianna (or something along those lines). She has two toned hair (redish/pink with black) but on her employee photo on the wall her hair is an orange color. I understand it was near closing but that doesn't mean she should take it out on the customers especially if some were just inquiring about pricing for a future visit. I normally don't write reviews but i feel this is something that should be brought to your attention.

Just bought my little granddaughters (6 and 9) a trip to iFly at City Walk when they came to visit me. We had a blast! The price is high ($60/$70 per person) for the high flight but well worth it! Eric took us up and down to nearly the top then bottom of the wind tunnel and spun us around for a full two minutes, and we received pics after! Location is convenient too as if you live near here you often find yourself in City Walk looking for something to do.

I took my nephew here. We made an online appointment at 12:30. I found out when we arrived that 12:30 was for check-in and he was scheduled for the 1pm class. His class did not get in until well after 2. They had a party of sorts that went in before us and seemed much more helpful with them than getting my nephew’s class in on time. The wind tunnel is also located in an outdoor area in almost complete sunlight (at least the time of day we were there) which made the waiting and watching experience uncomfortable. My nephew had fun. His instructor was pleasant. I wouldn’t go again.

Just got done flying! My bf took me to iFly for my birthday as he’d taken the day off work to spend it with me (what a sweetie!). $70 may seem expensive, but how can you compare for 2 minutes of flying, looping back and forth, up and down like a bird havin fun? I had so much fun we went again immediately after. It made the rest of the day fly by too since I was so happy which made him happy. Staff were amazing!

A lot of fun! The instructors are great. Very nice and helpful. Felt like I was flying without having to jump out of a plane. I definitely recommend the high fly add-on. It costs a bit more but well worth it.

Had a blast. I'm a heavier guy but I was still able to get high up in the air. My guide spun me around amd was a great communicator. Paybattention to the rules and instruction before your ride time. Have fun and live in the moment. IFly staff will do the best to create the ride of your life!!

Our 3-year-old had a blast. We were concerned that he might be a bit too young but our instructor was great. In the first flight, he got our son acquainted with the feel of the wind and helped him get into the correct position. In the second flight, he held my son and went tandem flying. Thank you so much for a great experience.
