    Hello, for the past three days I have been trying to get an international wire transfer done. Ms. Smita and Mr. Jerrod were very professional and humble, I had worked with them in the past too and for the last two days I had a great experience. Unfortunately I was missing some info from my end and had to reschedule and both of them were unavailable today. I was scheduled to meet Ms. Gauri for the first time. Little did I know, in the middle of my work day I was going to be up against a grumpy rude person who claimed to the 'Relationship Manager'. This is undoubtedly my worst experience at any bank branch, and I am sure I would not have considered this branch for any further correspondence if it was not for the excellent hospitality I received from Ms. Smita and Mr. Jerrod and their Manager (I forget the name).

    disgusting front desk lady her name is Roya she is so rude don’t know how to talk. i came here to get pictures of checks i deposited last year and she said it’s gonna be $3 per check and when i called bank of America customer service they said i can get free they can mail me if i want. i came here at 4.45pm so thts why they didn’t want to help me. she really doesn’t know how to talk. guy was nice there and she depressed rude lady.

    This is more of a review of a BofA in general. I spent 2 hours setting a wire transfer online using phone support of BofA because how obscure their web-site is. I still ended up getting “We were unable to process your request.” trying to send 1K$ to my account in Russia and now they say to me go to their office to complete it. I spent like 2 mins online transferring more than 100K$ from Russia to US brokerage. My recommendation is to avoid BofA if you can or if you must use BofA then minimize your interactions with them.

    This place doesn't even worth a star. Super super rude customer service. Very slow and unprofessional people. No smile at all. Leaving people stand in long a line and pretending we are not there. They made mistakes, yell at you, and didn't even apologize after they finally figure it out.

    Horrible! The middle age woman wearing over-sized suit claiming she is the manager acted very unprofessional and rude. She just try to avoid providing any services to the customer by using any excuse she could find. Very poor quality of service! I have been more than 20 years of Bank of America customer. I will try everything I can to avoid this branch.

    Wow, I have met one of the worst bank tellers today at this Bank of America. No one else at Bank of America (including this one) had ever given me such a hard time for the same process before. The bank teller next to her helped another customer with the exact same process, but the lady helping me decided to make up a rule about how Bank of America does not do what I was asking for. She also told me to go to a bank other than Bank of America.

    Most ridiculous and frustrating experience. Despite being a BoFA client for 20+ years and being their preferred rewards client they have absolutely no sense of customer success. Delays coupled with brash/rude and non-courteous behavior is a perfect recipe for convincing me to move my loyalty elsewhere. Brian Dimas is the manager and if he leads the team that absolutely does not understand the essence of efficient customer experience, then sorry to say they have the wrong person in charge. Time for a change and if BOFA wants to see their score rise here, changes need to be made fast!!!

    Super rude teller - He was very lazy and wouldn’t do anything correctly. I’ve been coming here for sometime and this branch is getting progressively worse. I wish the bank manager does something about this. So many one star reviews and they don't even do anything about it.

    Long line and not enough registers open. Unfortunately, I can't use the banking app nor the ATM to deposit $100 worth of quarters, can I? :)
