Bank of America Financial Center N D St, San Bernardino

This is Terrible NO BANK OF AMERICA'S ARE OPEN. What do the working people do when they need assistance with a teller? I was able to go at my lunch time or either Wait till Friday (open a little late) and do what had to be done. So now I am going to change Bank of America because I want a bank that will be OPEN.

In and out! Huge branch. 5 tellers. Lots of bankers. I think this is the best one to go to in San Bernardino since the majority of the Bank of Americas are temporarily closed

This is undoubtedly the WORST Bank of America branch I’ve ever visited. The lines are RIDICULOUS! It’s about a 45-1hr wait just to see a teller. The tellers take their sweet time, no sense of urgency to bring down the line. There’s never more than 2 people at the teller windows. It’s really frustrating especially if you’re on your lunch break you WILL waste your time in line. I wish I was joking when I say lines are about a 45min - 1 hour wait. It’s like you’re waiting to get in a club. This is just ONE of MANY bad things about BofA and this specific branch. Please do not come here if you value your time , because you’ll be wasting it by coming here.

It should be no surprise that this branch has a one star rating as they have two people working in the middle of the day when everyone is trying to deposit their checks even better they have a business service line that they do not use so plan on standing in line with the rest of the sheep

Prepare to frustration and wait for ever Employees having conversations. Only two cashiers that are learning their jobs. Disappointing. 3 employees per window Slower than DMV

This place is always closed when you need something I get there at 9:30 at the time they're supposed to be open and no they're closed because they're updating their computers every time I need to go in there just to get avoided check to get my direct deposit with my job there's a long line because there's only two people at the window it's like Jesus how does anybody supposed to get anything done like I am legitimately so frustrated with this Bank in particular like what are you guys doing open at the time you guys are supposed to and get some help at the windows we're just trying to get our money or deposit money or like me just get avoided check

I go to this bank once a month to make my car payment and after 17 payments of making my payments they have never had more than 3 tellers open. I wait more than an hour in line. They have more than 3 representatives but they just talk and walk back and forth from the tellers to outside and see the outrageous line but do nothing to make it better. The manager goes from the back of the line asking if she can help with deposits and tries to make people use the atm but it makes no difference. Bank of America needs to step up on there customer service and hire more tellers and put them to work. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This bank closes at 4pm sharp. Even if your there 3 min late they won’t help you and they close there doors. Seems like they don’t care about the hard working class who gets off at 5pm and needs to get money out inside the bank.

This is a joke right? It's INSANE how long the lines are!!! They're practically out the door!!! Bank of America! Reopen all these branches you have closed down this is ridiculous!!!!!!

26 people in line. 3 tellers.wait time so far10 minutes.easily will be another 20 minutes.

The worst experience ever, how can you guys only have 1 teller open?! This place is a joke full incompetent employees. Save urself the trip and avoid this place if possible, unless u enjoy waiting over 2 hours in line lmao

So frustrating to always go in and find over 15 people in line, definitely not convenient for business accounts who need to be in and out. Slowest service ever in comparison to other banks, if it were my account I’d switch so fast, I can never understand people’s obsession with B of A, worst service EVER and worst fees EVER.

Honestly this is the worst bank in all of san bernardino, the workers are slow and rude. I overheard the workers saying that they take long with every customer so that they have to deal with less people. They close early and stop letting people in earlier. God forbid somebody had to pay their rent and was relying on this terrible bank to make the transfer. No customer service skills and the management has no idea how to solve problems or help customers and staff. TERRIBLE bank with TERRIBLE service.
