don't go here ppl the owner is rude like chill out u get business from ppl like us.. he was trying to give me 350$ for a Real diamond ring that is worth 5k and i just needed a loan because i lost my rent $...instead guys go to the pawn shop in highland by the sanmanuel casino they are more reasonable.

I left one star cuz I had to if there was an option I would have put negative 2 stars. I called and asked how there day was and the answer I got was "could you get to the point" bad business ....

Low pawn price but no tid bit extra if you are returning so that sucks usally people in situations would think the opposite if you pay and come back.

Some of the best customer server I have encountered. Here is a little background. I purchased a Yamaha Receiver from their eBay store, As it turned out when I got it home and set it up, It stopped working after 45 minutes. I contacted Max and he advised me to just return it for a refund I was very pleased with that option. However I took it upon my self to have a authorized repair shop look at it. The cost of repairs was low enough that I decided to keep it and have it fixed. This is where he won me over as a permanent customer. After I had the repairs made he asked me for the total cost of repairs so I sent him a copy of the work order he refunded me half the cost of the repair. This is something he did not have to do, remember I was offered a full refund just to return it. I took it upon myself to have it repaired instead. Max, Your awesome... Thanks again for everything.

Being able to get gas $ at 5 a.m. when I need to get to a job site 85 miles away is a life savor or at least job saver. However the fact that the Staff there is more than competent makes for a "lives up to it's name business" Quick Pawn. I was in & out in minutes for both the pawn and picking up my tablet. Love this place!!!!

I don't understand why this pawn shop has a low rating. I went in for loans twice and they gave me a fair price. I will be going back today. Whenever I need the extra cash or in need I will go there until there business proves otherwise.

So my friend bought me an Xbox one from these stingy lying clowns. They sent me an an xbox that doesn’t even read discs and was already banned from xbox live when I received it and we went to set it up. We contacted them about it for a refund. They couldn’t be bothered to pay for the return shipping so I paid for it out of my own pocket. They then tried to claim that we did not include the controller that came with it that I know for a fact I put in the box when i returned it. They then had the audacity to say we “modded the xbox illegally and got it banned” and “sent them an xbox that they didn’t sell us” which is completely a lie and I am beyond livid and will be taking legal action if they do not return my friend’s money. They are lying greedy scum and you should never do business with these jokes.

Just cause you're in san bernardino, don't mean you need to act such ways with customers. Not all of us are coming to Sell You Stolen product UNDER THE TABLE! WHICH I have seen , as many times as I have gone there. Done it for the money when I need it, but for now, I'd rather just go to any other pawn shop . Which sadly, I should have done a long time ago. And I too, think the other account reviews are business employees trying to make a good name. NOT WORTH IT! DO NOT GO HERE. either way you'll see for yourself.

The people didn't even look at our Mac that we took to them saying "we don't take desktops." But the funny thing is others shops I've been too have. I would leave 0 stars if I could! Don't go here unless you want your stuff to come back messed up!!!! I guess we shoulda known not to take our things to a pawn shop in San Bernardino, but I'm heated right now. We pulled our ps4 out of QUICK LOAN in San Bernardino yesterday. To find out this morning that while it was in there someone stole all our log in info and set there ps4 as the primary on OUR account. So now they have all our downloaded content/ games. All our payment information and they used up all of the online play that my fiance had payed for. Playstaion confirmed this is what happened. We even have messages on OUR unit from the middle to the end of Aug. However our ps4 was in there shop since the beginning of Sept. PlayStation is fixing the issue, it just really upsets me that this happened. I called and talked to the owner of the shop and basically I got told things like. "No that didn't happen" "I don't care" "not my problem" and basically told I'm lying. I thought it was kind of odd when we took everything out of the box and all the cords we're in the bottom. When I had specifically them all in the Brown container on top. If you're thinking about pawning something do not go to quick pawn!!!!

Any where else but here they try to change my diamond when u just brought it in to weight and they said it fell and just popped one in

The owner name is Alec. That is who I dealt with. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. He was loud and rude to the customer prior to me. I inquired about an item. I told him it was more than I could pay and could he take less?. He was furious.His employees were embarrassed.😳

They are good for the most part, nice people. But their site and door both say they close at 7. It was 6:51 and they wouldn’t let me pick up my Xbox. I had the ticket and cash in hand. 4 of them were behind the counter telling me hey were closed (like they were so busy). I pointed to their door and said they closed at 7. They said they stop taking customers at 6:45. So that means they close at 6:45, not 7. Very misleading and they weren’t exactly nice about it. I was there before they closed. I will not be coming back.

I appreciate the fact that Qwik Pawn recognizes the reality that not all of life happens 9 to 5, Monday - Friday, and offer a walk up window to accommodate life's emergencies on a 24/7 basis. I was uneasy about pawning something for the first time, but the staff member who helped me was courteous, patient and made me feel safe. Thank you for helping me, and so many others, in a time of need.

I've been dealing with this business for 10 years or more.Every time i come in i had no trouble with any employees. Nice greatings warm smiles. I have referred many friends to Quick pawn. N will continue to do business in the future. Happy customer.

Bought an Xbox One from these guys off eBay. The description read “in good working condition”. When the unit arrived it was permanently banned from Xbox live and the disc reader would not read any discs. Filed a refund and returned the console with all accessories. Now they’re accusing me of not returning the controller and sending back a different console and sending threatening messages via eBay. Then I tried calling them and the gentleman on the phone had no interest in me and was not helpful. I strongly advise not doing business with these cucks. Worst transaction experience ever.

Called and asked if they were interested in buying an instrument case of mine, they told me to bring it in. So I drove 5-6 miles to get there only to have them tell me quite rudely that they don't buy instrument cases. Nobody owned up to telling me to come in on the phone either. I wouldn't advise going there unless you are eager to waste time and brain cells. 0/10

Pay more then all other pawn shops in San Bernandino . Hold my stuff more then four month , even was expired they aloud me to pick up . Highly recommended

This place is the sketchiest dirtiest place in town, moved a speaker on the floor over to try something and there was nothing but rat crap under it and a guy trying to scam me out of more money than the item was worth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! Everything in here is garbage and you will have the biggest urge to want to do nothing but take a long shower after leaving the place. I'd give it 0=ZERO=0 stars if I could.

Rude, cut you off mid sentence, and they are not reasonable about offers for things you want to sell. Was going to sell an DSLR camera with lense worth close to 1000 and they wanted to buy it for 10 and not a penny more and when I said how much I would like to get for it the guy laughed and walked away without saying anything else to me. I would give 0 stars if possible and will say all the other comments that say how great they are are false accounts probably created by the business to try and scam you for your stuff. Will never be going back there again!
