Bank of America Financial Center Newport Ave, Tustin

No one ever answers the phones at any branch. I walked into another branch and no one is working, they are chatting with each other and making customers wait. Trying to close an account and they told me they were unable to complete my process. My court documents were not worded exactly the way their legal team would like it to read. Having to go back to re-write the way they want it to be written. Such bull.

How is it ever other bank has returned to normal hours but BOA. Corporate is really creating a bad customer service situation with long lines at every location

The line all the Bank of America branches are always long. Everytime I come in there I spend at least 30 mins in line. They under staff their branches to squeeze out the profits. I've moved all my accounts to the Chase which has a branch right across the street. They never have longer than a 5 minute wait.

1 Teller, 16 people in line. Based on there timeline, BOA already knows this is busy times and yet, this is there management

Worst branch by far! they just walk in and out of a room, that’s all they do.

I went in yesterday to send a wire transfer and Kenya G. helped me out. She was professional and was able to get me in and out quickly. Thank you!

I waited an hour and 30 minutes at this location and another. Wait times are always over than an hour. All staff are rude and always in a bad mood. Managers hiding in the their office instead of being helpful and the greeters just watch you in line. The only people that get in and out in less than 30 minutes is people who start complaining in line. Helpful hint, just change banks.

The worst branch ever. Lots of workers but doing nothing. Over 20 people waiting for a teller and only 2 employees working as a teller and the rest joking and talking to each other. Been waiting for over 25 minutes and got 8 people in front of me and over 10 people behind me. That is ridiculous and for real the worst Bank of America branch ever.

Went too this bank, to take a large amount of money out. To take put a large sum of money, for home repairs, need for my home. Not only were the line seem like a Disneyland ride. But once I got too the teller and handed my chech too be cash. I had to show my Id , which was too be exspect. But what not they need to know if you work. Before letting you take out your own money. Spend more than a hour in that bank. Had to wait for them too fill out a from to take out my money. Seriously, what is wrong with bankofamerica?
