Bank of America Financial Center Rio Rancho Rd, Pomona

I gave it a 1 because I have to leave a star to write the review, but other than that I wouldn't give it a one at all! This has got to be the slowest bank ever! Anytime I go there I wait in line for a long time, even when there is only 2 people in line I wait a while, way worse on Fridays. They always only have either 1 or 2 tellers, even when there is a lot of people waiting in line. I go to Wells Fargo and they are way better, they have a lot of people but they always have the line move fast and have a bunch of tellers open. I hate this Bank Of America!

I wanted to leave a review for the Branch manager. She went out of her way to help me get my documents in order for me to receive my RealID. It wasnt as easy as we thought but with her guidance and customer service we were successful.

This branch is the dumbest most incompetent bunch of employees. They are making me consider leaving bank of America after 17 years of being with them. That female manager needs to be replaced. Get some common sense into you and get that stick out of your ass. I have never posted a review but her lack of professionalism just forced me to do leave my first review. Garbage!

I rushed to get to the bank before they closed to change my last name ( I've been married for awhile and my hours are the same as the bank, so never had time to change my last name) before they closed. I had my new drivers license and social security card with me, thinking that would be enough..WRONG!!! They told me that I needed my marriage certificate..I said i didnt have it, all I had was my new license and social security card. They turned me away...so I called another BofA location by my job in Brea...and sure enough the manager helped me change my last name. I was HIGHLY disappointed with this location, since they have always been helpful before, and I have been a customer for years. I won't be going back to that location.

voicemail ALWAYS tells you to go on line, that works if you already have an account. Just DO YOU Open accounts for minors? Can I make a deposit to someone if I do not have an account? 2 questions!

Ridiculous management. I am in a line with 16 people on a Monday morning after the holidays. And they literally have one (1) yes one teller open!!! When suggesting to a bank rep about the problem, she was rude and shined us complaining customers off.... like yeah yeah I know and walked away. She blamed it on getting cash delivery to bank. Horrible. That delivery is planned and known and therefore should be staffed as so. Will not be using this branch again.

Tried to use ATM after hours, inserted my current BOA card, light turned green and beeped, doors NOT unlocked how they should have been. Tried multiple times. Waste of time and inconvenience. I've never had issues getting into any other location. I was about to rip the damn handles off the doors. Felt like an idiot and probably looked like I was trying to rob the place. Was sitting here long enough to finish this review and another customer tried to get in. They couldn't either!!!!! Wow. Pathetic. This BOA location is a major fail.

This bank needs more employees. The lines to deposit money and get change for a business account takes longer than 25 minutes some days. One person taking deposits is not enough for a bank like Bank of America. 👎

There service is Very Very unprofessional. White manager lady doesnt do nothing but walk around and do nothing just want to be clear nothing.. I asked some questions and tried to get some answer but her only reply is I cant help you call customer support. Like come on seriously you cant just talk for few mins and give me some advice or explain what I should do instead just be very rude to me. Im so dissapointed with how they treat people. Id advice you Highly to go to another bank. VERY UNCARING😠

My favorite bank tellers are great. It can get warm in there while you wait only complaint. Lots of windows.
