Bank of America Financial Center S Garey Ave, Pomona

The last time I went to this branch I was in a long line that wrapped around the building and we were stuck standing in the heat. They should have more then 2 tellers working if this location is this packed. Get it together. I’m going today to cash a check I’m paying the line isn’t long and I’m stuck standing outside again for an hour and half

No wonder their ratings are 1.5 LOL I went to go do a wire transfer and they said I needed to make an appointment and I needed an app.....lol I just did one yesterday at another BofA and didn't need any of that! LAZY STAFF...need to fire management.... Look at their reviews pathetic

Hands-down the worst banking establishment I’ve ever been in my entire life. I walked in yesterday in hopes to set up an account and the customer service lady said it’d be an hour wait to see someone when it wasn’t even busy . She suggested that I make an appointment for tomorrow, which is today. So I came in today, on time at 10:00 sharp, only to be told that I’d have to wait additional amount of time till they FOUND SOMEONE to see me, while there was a banker sitting down on his phone not doing anything. Whoever’s in charge at their corporate and respective branch offices needs to come in, do quality-control, and fire either half of the staff or hire an entirely new management team. Because this problem, when it comes to individuals investing their life savings and making decisions around their finances that influence further generations in the future, should not be an issue that the entire community of Pomona should have to bear . I bank with B-America, it is unfortunate that every time I need help inside the bank there's only two tellers helping a line of at least 15 people and there is multiple bankers in the seating areas that are alone not helping anyone and they cannot get up from their chairs and assist the customers that are waiting in line to be helped by the tellers it is unfortunate because having two tellers in the window and if a customer comes up to their window with a problem this ties up to tellers, for an extraordinary amount of time and now we're down to one teller helping 14 other customers and nobody seems to care about customers time or service at times I regret banking with Bank of America because of this type poor service at their Banks. What is horse is that there is a manager on site and he has very poor planning skills because he does not demand or request his associates to help customers what a shame how this bank is being managed.

This location has been closed for several days despite the posted hours on the door. It is never open anymore. What is going on?

Understaffed! The lines are always long and there’s only 2 tellers every day. The wait is always long! Ridiculous branch! They need to so better!

They are absolutely useless here don't even bother they will not resolve you issues due to their lack of competence change bank and use other bank service instead of BoA.

I hate coming to this branch! Line is always long and only 2 tellers open out of 10 windows available... this is the closest one to work so sometimes I HAVE TO stop here , I hope some day I can do a quick bank stop here 🤦🏻‍♀️ if you have another branch on your way don’t hesitate and go to another one!!

This is one of the absolute worst bank of Americas you can go to. Avoid this place if you can. I had someone try to saw through my bike lock and steal my bike while I was inside. While my bike was locked in front of the ATMS. There is a security guard but he only stands in front of one door and says he can't leave from that post meanwhile your car is getting broken Into your bike is getting stolen but he dosent care just stands by the one door he was assigned to. Only 1 or 2 tellers at any given time no matter how congested the line is with more just lounging in the back this place is a joke. Just throw the whole branch away.
