Great service. Stopped in today for a scheduled appointment to have a document notarized. Met as soon as I arrived. Sunita was most helpful and completed the notary process in a timely fashion. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when Aura gave me a check register book that I asked about last week when I stopped in. They didn’t have any then but she obviously went out of her way to remember me and what I was looking for. 5 stars for Bank of America in the Marketplace.

Absolutely ridiculous. Came up from San Francisco for a wedding and didn't have enough time to cash a check before we left so my husband and i went to the closest BOFA to do so. Waited half an hour so they can verify an ELECTRONIC signature on the check. Left without even getting the check cashed because it took that long. TERRIBLE

I despise having to come in here once a month for literally a 2 min transaction. Always long lines, one teller, yet 5 other employees sitting at their desks (not their job).

I usually just use ATMs but I have gone in to this branch a couple of times when I wanted to deposit a check and make sure it cleared fast. The tellers were helpful and pleasant.

Really great service. When we arrived we were immediately friendly greeted and our request was quickly adressed.

I would use zero stars if I could due to the situation. I came in to close out my deceased relative’s account. I had the statement, death certificate, and POA in hand. Not only did they tell me, with EVERYTHING handling a deceased person’s affairs entail, that I had to make an appointment, but they refused to scan the documents while I was at the bank to save time. The person in charge advised the issue is that scanning the papers takes most of the time. It’s 19 flippin pages. I offered to scan them at work and email them. She advised they would need to see the originals. The originals that they could see right then!! The poor teller seemed embarrassed. I advised multiple times that this is poor customer service and there was no response. Now that I see that their rating is under two stars overall, my opinion now is that they simply do not care. Get it together, Bank of America Corporate. This office is costing you potential customers. I had a BofA account once and, in spite of continually being encouraged to get away from the big banks (such as yours), I still like the feel and the availability. Sadly, I will not return to BofA BECAUSE of this experience. If you are so secure in your customer base that you cannot take the time to help a customer in my situation, even if it took the full hour, then you do not deserve my loyalty. Closing this account next week, smiling the entire time. I will update as to whether this actually required an hour. If not, I’ll be back to advise not only do they not care abt their customers, but they are dishonest as well. Just my two cents!

I would give no stars to this branch. I went there yesterday to wire money and this lady who was doing nothing when I go there asked me to sit as she had something to wrap up. She went and sat at her desk and started giggling and laughing with other employees . There were about 5 other employees and I was the only customer at that time waiting with my daughter. Apparently the time I went in was after the cut off time for wire. Some asked why I was waiting and when I said wire then this lady realized she had made me sit

This is a disgusting branch. Sweet talking employees but LAZY and SLOW. On 03/17/15 I went there to open a checking account and there was only one rep helping people. I waited more than 40 minutes and still didn't get my turn so I had to leave in disgust. I hate this bank.

Bank Of America Will Steal Your Money... Please Look Into The Class Action Lawsuit That This Bank Of America Lost 27 Million Dollars On Unfair Overdraft Protection To Its Iwn Customers Which Is In A Settlement Fund. Worst Bank To Ever Bank With. Please Collect Whats Yours.

BoA is just horrible. The bankers are all preety stuck up. And never do the correct thing requested.
