It’s always a wait here to deposit money or to do anything with a teller. There is only 1 teller here to do everything. There’s always a line inside the store, why don’t they hire anyone else to help?!?

Horrible customer service. RUDE. Had account for 25 yrs went in to w/d some $ via cashier ck. Told I need 2 forms of ID. Pressed me to get debit or credit card. After 45 minutes of BS including demanding to know what I wanted my money for...I got my check. Will be taking $ elsewhere. Never used to be like this....only since covid.

Come on BOA, always one teller, even on a Friday, and doing drive thru too, I guess profits are more important than customer service, I be seeking another bank.

I wish this survey would let me give it no stars to submit this review I go in the branch to get a simple debit card replacement sit there for 20+ Minutes while I listen to somebody talk to somebody about New York and their new condo in Florida and watch three other tellers upfront just standing there talking to each other. I can say the security guard for this location was pretty nice he even got me a cold beverage while I waited and apologizeD to me for not wanting to wait any longer as I got up to leave.🤦‍♂️👌

I will speak for my experience, not for all the bad reviews,i get there just at 9 in the morning, they just open the doors and i was called right away, they open the door for me,on my way in,i was attended right away,Patricia i know she's cuban,so we spoke in Spanish, everything was smooth and easy,i did open my account and leave, every person I spoke in this bank was very nice, also,as I said,I'm talking for my experience, not for the 1.6 rating of the bank.

    Response from the owner

Hi Jerry. Thank you for choosing Bank of America for your financial needs. We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. Also, thanks for letting us know how helpful Patricia was during your financial center visit. ^nicole

This is review is for BOA as a whole. Four people in the bank one person with a customer and the remaining don’t know how or are not allowed to do a wire?? Par for the course with BOA. Make an appointment 3 days ahead of time or don’t get serviced.

    Response from the owner

Poor customer service. Waited in line for 30 minutes for the one teller working, while the manager stood there watching her work. Other manager sat there try not to make eye contact with me.

I was very dissatisfied with this branch today. We waited an hour in line just to deposit money. There was only one teller working and she was also working the drive up window as well. She was absolutely fantastic at her job, but way over worked. I don't understand why there was not another teller present. I will not be returning to this branch again.

Picture this: it's Friday, there's 6 people in line and a few in drive thru waiting.. and there is only one teller doing her best to serve everyone at once. No sign of help for her. BoA is like this in every location. Exactly why I will never join them and will always stay with my local CU. Spend some of the billions you make on staffing. You only get a second star because the teller is great at her job.
