Bank of America ATM Bloomfield Ave, Newark

NEVER WORKS! place is trash, machines are always done or causes an error. NOT a SAFE area.. stay away

My first time and my Last , not only the bank teller and the so called manager rude , they were also unprofessional , unethical , no manner . I don't understand why bank of America hired them in the first place . The reason why I stoped there was to get a simple transaction, ( certified check) simple as that . My nearest branch that I used to go , closed its door for good , I usually get a certified check to pay my mortgage , swiped my bank card and tell them what I need , quick in and out . For the new branch that I went today, they gave me hard time , and felt like a criminal. Bank teller asked me 'where's your withdrawal slip ?, I replied, one of your co worker said that I don't need that slip since there weren't any withdrawal slip on the table , so the bank teller gave me withdrawal slip and told me to fill that up and told me to move aside so that he could take the next customer, ( waited almost 7 mins) I immediately asked to speak to manager and demand and answer of 'why there weren't any withdrawal slip , only deposit slip , why the customer has to wait in line again ( 7 mins) ... manager answer was (safety issues ) for the withdrawal slips ... Really???? since when the Withdrawal Slips had value ??? Can I get robbed if I carry 'withdrawals slips?? These were the questions I asked the manager, She just replied '' these are our branch rules"""

Do not waste your time going there. It's the only one in the area and always out of order. They should do something about this and they are careless. Everyone can see what's you pin code No privacy at all. Screen are horrible Do not recommend by going to use this ATM

One ATM is always under maintance and there's usually a line for the drive thru

I am a business owner and my time is limited.I have a business account with BA. Every time I visit this location there is only one drive thru open. The second drive thru machine is always down/out of service. It does not matter what day or time I visit. It would be nice if this location would be given the same attention as a walk in bank. Some days drive thru is backed up around the block on North 12th St. With at least 8 cars in front. Disappointing!!!!!. Please help .....

This one never work correctly!!!!!! Replace it please

There are two ATMs at this location one of them is always broken or not working touch screens are mostly unresponsive

Always broken into or not in service. Unfortunately there is no number to call and get service help.
