Bank of Albuquerque Southern Blvd, Rio Rancho

Beautiful bank. Very clean. Super short staffed here. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to make a withdrawal.

This Bank needs to be shut down due to fraudulent activities committed by not only the bank but also by the bank manager who is aware of the fraudulent activities that are happening in this in this institution March 17th 904 a.m. 2020 this Bank deposited my third stimulus check into a bank account that did not belong to me and told me that they were not going to refund me the money because they were not sure if it was my check and that they would check it out and then never did apparently because I've got the text from irs.gov telling me that if my check was deposited at that time into a bank account and the bank account didn't even belong to me it belonged to a merry ahern Gutierrez and a Madonna ahern Trujillo. This Bank manager has been made aware of multiple acts of fraudulent activities occurring in this banking institution and has done nothing to correct this matter. Somebody from the government needs to shut this Bank down for depositing people's checks into the wrong accounts. I'm still waiting on my 10,500 in stimulus checks to be deposited into my account.

All of the employees are such a joy to deal with. I always get outstanding service. I had to open another account and Scott worked with me understanding my situation and needs. I have been banking at this branch for over 10 years and plan on many more.

Claudia and Scott are a pleasure to work with, always there to help in anyway they can. I have always had super experiences with them and the branch staff. I would highly recommend anyone needing to have a banking center go to Bank of Albuquerque.

I removed 6 accounts from a bank that could not solve several problems and went to Bank of Albuquerque, With Scott over seeing the set up and with the help of his team within one short afternoon they did what the stage coach people could not do.in months. Scott and his team knew what could and could not be done and the correct way to do it. I think the BOK should give them a big "good job done" This crew knows how to get it done.

I just moved to Rio Ranch from Texas and I chose Bank of Albuquerque based on the reviews I read from other satisfied customers. I went into the local branch to complete my account opening process and had the most positive experience with Tyler Zarich at the southern blvd branch! He was so kind, friendly, positive and just a complete pleasure to work with! His knowledge of the bank and professionalism just confirmed my choice when choosing a bank! I’m very pleased with Bank of Albuquerque and trust that they will be able to meet all my financial needs going forward!

The ATM malfunctioned, retaining my card. Tyler immediately came out of the bank and was able to retrieve my card. Since the ATM still wasn't functioning, he immediately took my card and deposit into the bank and processed it. He had me drive up to the window where he returned my card and receipt. Didn't even have to leave my vehicles. Great customer service! Kudos to Tyler.

I love this bank! I've had experiences with other "big banks" and they pale in comparison. There is NEVER a line and they are always so helpful and courteous. I've been banking with them for years and every time I have to go to another bank, I always compare services and whether they value their customers. No one has EVER matched up to them. As long as I get this kind of personal service, I will NEVER move my account from Bank of Albuquerque.

I go to the coors location every week and they make my funds available immediately. Went to this location today and asked them if they could do the same and they refused. The lady told me it was up to the tellers discretion, but she would not do it for me. Bank of Albuquerque is okay at best, but this location, I will NEVER RETURN.

Everyone I've dealt with at Bank of Albuquerque, and this branch in particular, has been helpful and pleasant. They've helped me with everything from setting up accounts to notarizing document. Very happy with this bank.
