    They do not care about protecting your assets. I have banked there for approximately 20 years and I noticed fraud for $400 on my account. I notified them and they said I could file a police report, but I still wouldn’t get my money back. I said if they were unable to protect my assets, then I would move my accounts to another bank. The employees response was “okay, I’ll write you a cashier’s check.” Absolutely appalling.

    Bank Midwest is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Please save your self the head ache and go somewhere else.

    I love Bank Midwest but hate this branch. They constantly give me problems from putting a hold on my payroll checks to not helping me out with a withdrawn because the DMV lost my new license in the mail. The lines are always long here and they are very slow to get people in and out. I suggest Bank Midwest as a banking institution, just not this branch.

    Bad customer service. Walked in for some information on a simple checkings and saving account and one of the ladies at the tellers counter directed me to the ladies at their desks. So I walked up and didn't even get a smile or greeting or even eye contact at that just a " have a seat we'll be with you in a moment".. whatever I sat down while these TWO ladies were chatting about something on one of their cellphones. Waited about 2 minutes and decided to walk out since their phone is obviously more important. Then as I'm walking out the door that's when they got off their stupid phone and called out "Mam?" Nope. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Terribly slow front desk. Although excellent customer service by the gentlemen at the desks I may say, I was pretty much ignored by the tellers for 15 minutes after walking in.

    Only had 1 inside banking experience here and will not return. The cashier took 10 minutes to ask the manager about our account needs then ended up being unhelpful. We left highly disappointed and just thankful we have an online bank to use instead of bank midwest. Will be closing our account here asap.
