Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N 38th St, Kansas City

This is one of my favorite branches to conduct my business. The Staff, Yasmin, Bessy and Manager Angie offer the best customer service. They are professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable and very thorough with their services. I have been with BOA since 2008 and have been to different branches in KS and 38th St, KCK branch's staff is by far the best. They want to help their customers and do their best every single time I'm there! I do understand this is a very busy branch and my advice to everyone is to be kind to the staff. They are doing their best. Please be patient with them.

Horrible location customer service is there last priority, how can I run a business with there half a$$ service. Every other location NO problem. I’d rather drive 30min out of my way than to deal with this location. Save yourself a headache.

This is clearly the destination that KCKs growing diverse population chooses to conduct their business. That’s great, but as such, they need to do more to meet that demand. I hate going into a bank so it’s rare that I do so, but EVERY single time I’m here there is a line out the door. What’s the point of having 8 teller windows with only one or two people working. Then the beach manager s just walking around aimlessly. You see all these people, humble yourself and jump on one of these windows. It looks nice in here though and glad they have bilingual staff to help people feel comfortable.

I have never regret anything in life till I oppend an account with this bank. Horrible costumer service, specifically the drive thru ATM machine. It goes day after day without cash to dispense. Ugh

Only one teller working on Friday afternoon. Line is out the door. 8 people in front of me and 2 behind me. 2 other tellers are talking and ‘doing paper work’ instead of helping customers.

Bank of America is a joke. Don't use them, they will hold your deposited payroll check for 7-10 days.

This bank has the LEAST helpful tellers, when they even have one. Lines are out the door, just to tell you they wont help you. They will find any excuse to turn you away. They make up completely invalid reasons why they refuse to help you. Most have severely broken English and fail at any attempt to communicate with you. Its impossible to even make a deposit. This is why I refuse to bank here now.

Terrible bank. They usually only have 1 teller inside and is packed with customers. Other workers walk around behind glass doing nothing.

If I could give 0 I most surely would!! Only one person working and I'm currently standing in the exact same spot that I walked into 10 minutes ago!!

This bank is so slow. Never enough people working there. I'm the only one who works at my job and has to close down to make bank runs. Today they made me late getting back. They closed their drive up window on Saturdays and the line I side is always way too long. The staff is friendly though.
