Bank Five Nine N Port Washington Rd, Mequon

Going back to the good old days where customer service actually means something. You walk in and everybody knows your name and smiles too!! Also, one of the very few, if not only, banks that has a coin counter. Love the people at Bank Five Nine :)

Since our initial involvement with the Mequon branch of Bank Five Nine many years ago, we have developed a friendly relationship with the entire staff. We find them to be continually professional, responsive, and accurate in providing both information and handling transactions. We have come to know most staff members by their first names, and constantly exchange discussions relative to what's happening in each other's lives. We find everyone maintains a very friendly and warm demeanor. This environment is not surprising, as the tone is set by the branch manager, Kris Barger. Kris makes herself readily available to respond to any request for information or assistance with existing or new accounts, and does not hesitate to advise on other "products" that Bank Five Nine may have to offer. We feel very confident in dealing with the bank and the branch, and have actually recommended Kris and the bank to friends, who have subsequently chosen to begin relationships with this branch of Bank Five Nine.

Bank 59 is fantastic! They have redesigned their brand and their entire approach to banking. The service is great and they do not treat you like a number. Rather, the consider each client's need separately. I would recommend d bank 59 to any small business owner!
