My wife and I have utilized Partnership for two mortgages over the past few years. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a house. Sandy has coordinated both of our loans and has been extremely helpful each time. Partnership bank goes truly above and beyond any other bank I've ever been too. They ACTUALLY care about their clients. Everytime I come through the drive thru, I'm greeted (with a smile) by my name. If I ever have a problem, all I have got to do is call my local branch directly and speak with the same people I already know, and they personally take care of whatever issue is at hand. I have a company account and a personal account at partnership bank, and I feel like I'm more than just an account number to the employees, and that the employees genuinely care about making me happy and feel comfortable. In my opinion, small banks, where everything is personalized to fit your needs is the only banking option.
