In the area, I stopped this location. There was only one car in drive through. I put my ID and check in the container to send to the teller. The young man that assisted me. Took approximately 10 minutes to help me. He assisted his co-worker with paperwork and everything else before he finally cashed my check. Absolutely ridiculous!! I will be withdrawing my money and closing my account first thing tomorrow. Regions Bank will have a new customer.

I love each one of the employees in this establishment. It is a blessing that they know customers by name and work hard to help assist. I have been with them forever and they have not changed. It does not matter whay ethnicity you are, they behave as Christians and embrace the person. This is the only branch other than the one in Memphis on Winchester close to Sam's Club I can say this about.

My family travels fulltime and I was trying to get $100 worth of quarters for laundry. I got the $100 out of their atm, which charged me $4.00. I go inside and I’m told they can’t exchange for quarters because “I’m not a customer”. I replied with, “the atm just charged me $4.00, doesn’t that count for something?” The nice lady said, “I’m sorry, you’re not a customer, I can’t.” The people were nice, the policy is a little wrong, in my book.

We switched our business account from Regions at HWY 51 and Goodman to here, and I wish we would have done it sooner. The tellers are so professional, super fast, and extremely friendly. I’m so glad we switched!
