Tower Loan Goodman Rd, Horn Lake

I have had no problems or issues with this loan company. The key is to make your payments EVERY MONTH and ON TIME. I received a 0% interest loan from them for my Ashley's furniture and I have made all my payments as agreed and no problems. Always nice and friendly when I go in to make a payment. I'm sure if I were behind on my payments they wouldn't be so friendly but just do like I said above and everything will be ok

If you have a choice,don’t go to this loan company.The people are rude and no customer service at all!!You be late in a few days and they will harass you calling your workplace and threatens you!!I understand if it’s a month or two but few days even if you already talked to them you are going to pay on a certain day before it goes to a month ,you pay the late charge just the same but they will still threatens you and the manager even degrades you saying you can’t afford a lawyer since you can’t even afford to pay..!!I repeat few days late and they threatens you and harass you so don’t ever go to this loan company.!!It was a check I cashed out then they want me to renew the loan so the interest I will pay will go higher which I don’t want to do coz I know I will pay them soon.

They are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come in contact with. They are rude, they give out your personal information to other people and lie about it, and they harass you!

My experience with this tower loan is the worst ever!!! This tower loan is not "heartless" but a word to describe this facility would be "inconsiderate." First, I and my fiancee walked in and no said anything except for one young lady who was sitting at the second desk. Afterward, we sat down and the young lady got our info I notice the third lady kept looking at us strangely. So what I do in this situation, I looked at her back because there was an awful vibe about her. Afterward, I nodded at my fiancee and we walked out that facility and went to another facility that gave us the loan with a smile😀😀. I advise no one to go to this facility at all.

Please I repeat pls do not get a loan from this company unless to absolutely have too as I did but I really should've tried another way. I know they say loan companies are heartless well this one is definitely heartless full of misleading lying you name it. I understand we have to pay our loan back but don't ever loose a job it over for you that's all I can say HEARTLESS but what goes around most definitely comes back to bite

This establishment is a joke, the customer service is just awful, called about help during this pandemic and they were no help at all.........just rude, rude, rude but never again will I deal with tower loan due to the way I was treated this morning.......so please do not deal with these idiots
