BancorpSouth S Broad St, Scottsboro

I miss FNB! BancorpSouth now charges a monthly fee. Even with the Coronavirus so much better they still refuse to open up the bank for customers! I don't want to pay a monthly fee when I cannot get the banking services I need! I'm currently looking for a bank that cares about it's customers, BancorpSouth does not!

The bank deactivated the cards when I was trying to buy genesis crystals for Xiao. Smh. It thought I was a fraud, even despite confirming that I wasn’t a fraud </3.

FNB Bank is the only bank that I use in Scottsboro. The pricing of their plans and commodities is great. Also, it's wonderful that when you call them, you get a real person who is so friendly. I can't imagine doing my banking elsewhere.

no customer service, no-one at call center. don't enjoy talking to a computer instead of a helpful employee. miss our old FNB.

This bank sux if u lock ur debit card up by accident u got to wait the hole week end to unlock it there is no one to talk too will be changing banks soon 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I miss FNB! You deposit money first thing in the morning it doesn’t post for 24 hours??? Why? And on top of that my mother tried opening an account… she waited in the lobby and was passed up and ignored while clearly no one else was waiting . She just left . Will be changing banks ASAP!

This bank is outdated. Their procedures should be changed. I do not like how they have their security settings. If your account is locked out, you get a recording sometimes for days when you call customer service to get it fixed. There is no number to call to check your balance if your account is locked online. Also, depending on the day of the week their withdrawals may take a day or three to come out. Even with balancing your check book it seems that something is always lingering. Are they potentially trying to take money from people in overdraft fees? Sometimes when you swipe your card it’s declined and there are funds available. I swipe at one place it’s declined, go across the street they accept it. I haven’t seen one thing about this bank that makes them stand out from the rest except that it’s close to my house. Big mistake switching to this bank.

FNB has more options on checking account types and better pricing than any other bank around here. It's great that you can call and get an actual person or come in and see a friendly smile.

Cashed my check here and they gave me COUNTERFEIT MONEY! Went back to tell them what happened and that the money they handed me a Was counterfeit, they told me it wasn't their problem and call the federal reserve. BEWARE ALL CUSTOMERS, THEY WILL GIVE YOU FAKE MONEY WHICH YOU! CAN GO TO JAIL FOR. scam artists!! Do NOT go to this bank!!

We have been trying to get an appointment with a loan specialist for over a week and keep leaving voicemails and nobody will respond. Trash service! Would not recommend!
