I have mixed reviews about this company but I'll give them 5 stars since they did come through for us in the end. Communication was great in the beginning and the process was seamless. At one point VERY close to the end of the deal however, communication stopped suddenly. This was not a good look for them and I wrote an intense review which I have since deleted. I was confused about the good reviews and why my experience was different. In the end, they apologized for going silent because they were waiting on some information for my deal (I still think they could have let me know this) but once they had the info - everything went smoothly and we closed in even less days than we thought. I would recommend them for sure as I'm certain they will make sure they communicate if ever in the same situation

I completed Baker Collins & Company private money course Wednesday evening online with instructor Kenneth. I would like to share my personal experience. First let me start of stating how many private money companies are not only providing capital for your real estate investments but provide training from A - Z with how private money works. The class touched on all points that are needed from getting approve for loan and completing your renovation. Most importantly for me class consist of examples with how the numbers work and impact you. Instructor Kenneth was opened and allow us to provide real numbers with projects we were working on and helped me tremendously. I have gain true confidence getting started with my first rehab and this is due to the training by Baker Collins & Company. I highly recommend anyone looking to invest to take this course. Education is the foundation that will get you started to a long and successful career.
