My counselor was Gabrielle and he was awesome. I feel like the world has been lifted from my shoulders. I had 18 credit cards that I was paying on each month with high interest rates. Gabrielle helped me lower my interest rate and set a new goal to be interest free in 54 months. I am so grateful for this company and Gabrielle couldn't have done a better job. He was professional but yet personal. If anyone has debt issue please don't hesitate to call this company. They can do it all when it comes to debts and budget. I feel awesome and I am so grateful for the help I received. Gabrielle didn't make me feel bad for getting into so much debt. I didn't feel judged. Thank you again Gabrielle

I never thought I would be at a point where I needed credit counseling. I felt embarrassed and ashamed that my financial situation had come to the point where I felt like I needed help: DESPERATELY! I looked at how I could help myself. I looked at how I was spending my income. Nothing made sense to me. Then I looked up debt consolidation. Those sites only want to offer loans. Its a quick fix, but it's still a "robbing Peter to pay Paul" thing. I had the money. I just needed guidance on how I was spending it. He answered all of my questions, and even when I was skeptical, he made me understand the best possible outcomes of the program. Consider ACCC if you need great advice on managing your debt and become better at utilizing your money and assets.

Paul seemed very sincere about helping me with my debt issues. Much of the information he gave me was very quickly done and hard to grasp. I think a telephone consultation doesn't allow the time to ask questions.I will need a follow up consultation to understand exactly how this program will benefit me. Overall it is a good experience.

Asia was awesome! She was very detailed yet kept up a chatty repartee the entire time moving the diacussion along until I felt comfortable that I understood how the whole process worked. By the end of our session I felt up to speed enough to make an informed decision as to how best to move forward. Having never done this before I felt like I was really not knowledgeable enough to know what all my options were or what the implications of committing to any of them entailed. Asia was understanding, which I'm generally suspicious of, but spunky enough to give me her opinions regardless which I appreciate. I think her approach is more honest and less pie in the sky than most of the ads for these things would lead you to think and you're best served by knowing the facts rather than being lulled into the gates of Hell. Great job Asia!

I spoke with Tom for almost 2 hours! He was so knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He gave me a plethora of advise and I’m truly grateful I called. I had no clue how much they offer and FOR FREE in the State of GA. I highly recommend you contacting them TODAY!

My husband and I have a mountain of debt and we felt that we needed guidance to steer us in the right direction. We knew that we wanted to work with a reputable, non profit organization with satisfied clients. So we called ACCCS and were blessed to be connected with Tom G. After 2 hours on the phone, we had a plan that my husband and I felt that we could work with. It’s not going to be easy but we feel that we are headed in the right direction and will be debt free sooner than we could have been doing this on our own. Love this program! Didn't hurt or lower my credit score but instead helped it! Didn't have to get a loan to consolidate all my debt. They took care of all payments for me and helped lower my interest. Payed down debt faster than I could have on my own.

The customer representative that helped me was awesome! He was able to cut my credit card payments almost in half!!! No fees! There was a one time enrollment fee of $39.00 but not in the state of Georgia! So I didn’t have to pay one! If you’re looking to consolidate your debt with a non-profit organization, this is the company to use! Exquisite experience!!

Excellent person to discuss reverse mortgage with. As a counselor it became immediately known that as a counselor this person has a thorough knowledge of subject matter. Presents with patience and provides the consumer plenty of time to voice questions and concerns as a consumer. I easily give him 5 stars in every area and would give him even more than 5 if it was possible.

The representative was very easy to speak with and knowledgeable as to what my best game plan to improve my credit score. She spent it seems like a good hour going thru expenses and I felt guilty keeping her in the phone for such a good part of a Saturday afternoon.
