Bailey& Wood is a very professional and fast working team when it comes making sure that you have everything you need for the housing process. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns that may have come up. They did give us great advice when it came to submitting offers as well. They are a very hard working team and very detailed oriented. Definitely a must to use them if you are thinking about purchasing a new home. They are very fast and efficient with their job. I was a great time working with them as they helped us to succeed in finding our 1st home.

Communication was what truly made our experience great! The level of personal communication that Theo Bishop and his team provided was excellent. We always knew where we were at in the process and what was next. Theo was (and is) available to answer questions about the mortgage process, or what might be our best option at any point. Scott Saylor and the whole team are top notch! Communication was great, which is very important to me. I’m self-employed, so my deals were a little bit more complicated than most. The team’s attentiveness and attention to detail helped my family work through the red tape and achieve our dream of owning a lake house. We have done 2 mortgages and a refi with Scott and Bailey & Wood, if that tells you how happy we are with them. I’m also a real estate agent and refer clients to them often. They know how to treat people right and get the job done!

My consultant went above and beyond on not just one home, but two. The obstacles we had to overcome in a VERY little amount of time (on both homes) and jumping through the hoops to get me into my home was quite impressive. They handled irregular situations that I'm sure gave them a few grey hairs! Great team!

The app that they used through the process was convenient for signing documents and also kept me updated on the progress of my loan.
