B & B Pawn Shop Enfield St, Enfield

This place is a joke I loaned my iPad to them and because it sat there for almost two months they decided to bring it upon themselves to sell my iPad. Didn’t tell me when I loaned it that if it sat there for so long that they would sell it. So if you want your stuff stolen bring it here.

Let me add to the bad reviews and state these people have no idea how to speak to the public, time to close the store

I love this shop! Great selection of goods that's always rotating, rather than always seeing the same stuff day after day. Good prices, and the times ive needed a loan were always good experiences. The proprietor is always fair & patient, and willing to work with you to help you get your collateral back under more than fair terms.

Before the pandemic about a week before places closed I brought my PlayStation there and when I tried going back a week later they were not open I tried calling every day for the past couple months and nobody would answer the phone I tried going on Facebook to message them nobody would get back to me. Their voicemail is always full because they don’t care to check them. I even went there and left a note on the door to call me and nobody cared to call me back. I’ve been trying to pick my PlayStation up for about three months now and I’m assuming they just kept it. A few people told me to go to the police about it so maybe that’s what I’ll have to do.. I’ve never seen such u professionalism in my life. And something tells me that I’m not the only person that this happened to I’m sure a lot of people that got a loan from them right before the pandemic happened ended up getting screwed and they made off with everybody’s belongings.

The first few times pawning here were fair. However the last few were terrible. There isn't any negotiating done they just drop a low-ball offer and you either take it or you don't. On another note tho , they always work with you to get your pawn back.

I don’t understand why this pawn shop has 2.whatever stars, I was there today and it was by FAR!!! One of the best pawn shops I’ve ever been too, I’m very happy I stopped in because when ever I see a a pawn store I can’t help myself it’s like tag sales. The couple that owns the place are awesome!! Really cute and nice little old married couple didn’t speak the best English or appeared that way for better chance of selling stuff who knows but they have such a nice clean store there’s no junk it’s all good stuff, beautiful displays, everything is layed out nice not piled up just a great store with great people! Highly recommend it!!

Owner is a thief and completely dishonest. Buyer beware. Do not do business with this person.

Ive been pawning stuff here since they opened. They are fair with what they offer you unlike some places that rip you off. And most places give you a month to pick up what you pawn but at B & B if you cant afford to pick it up and dont want to lose your stuff they let you repawn it and roll it over for a small fee and can do so an unlimited number of times. They also have tons of stuff for sale especially DVD's as well as Video Games, Guitars, Snowboards, TVs, Stereos, ect..

First off. They speak very bad english. And when they do. They whisper and you can hardly hear whem. Than they Tried to give me little of what the item was worth. 150$ off what I could have gotten at game stop. Than rejected my guitar because it had a small dink in it and was missing a string. Very displeased

Closed due to COVID-19. The owner"could"post this to assure People aren't driving 35 min to get here. Obviously, I could have called, but I don't like to annoy people with needless questions.
