Erin O’Conner, Branch Supervisor makes me love 360 credit union even more than i already do. She has expertise knowledge of what she does and is so fast and her customer service is exemplary. She has helped me with loans and joint accounts and credit debit cards, you name it. Hands down an amazing person representing this financial institution and would not be surprised to see her as a branch manager very soon. Great hire 360 and thank you always for taking care of me as a customer!

I cannot imagine why there are so many poor reviews of this facility. I have been with 360 for several years now and I have never had any issues. In fact, I believe their service is impeccable - I financed my home, equity, and multiple car loans here. Low rates and courteous assistance cannot be beat.

Unsure why all the hate? These guys are the best. I moved into CT and needed a good bank without all the good bank bs fees. I'm very happy since the move. I get cashback on my DEBIT purchases, like you'd get with a credit card.. Keep doing what you do, I'm a very happy customer 😎 😎 😎

We built this bank thru UTC. I don’t know why they can’t function like a normal bank.

Heather snd megan at lending are just awful, I have nothing but problems with this bank absolutely horrified at how little they care about there members. Not only does healthier not answer emails or voicemails for months, but there rude. I’ve been with 360 for over 10 years, when I was a teenager I had an issue with a loan and let me tell you they do not care about anything after that. I applied for a small personal loan to handle rent and bills for after my daughter is born ( I will be out of work) and they declined me for debt to income ratio. Let me add I pay $1560 a month for a one bedroom cause they wouldn’t give me a $1000 mortgage lol. American eagle or any other credit union would be 10x better and they will actually treat you like a human

Not sure why the bad review and low reviews with no commentary... I find this place to be excellent. Even helped me out when i was in a terribly bad credit situation and got me into a great loan for a vehicle with an amazingly low rate I wouldn't get anywhere else. Then followed up with letting me get a personal loan again with an incredible rate. Thanks to them my credit went up significantly. Strongly recommend to anyone that can become a member to do it.

I visited here for my auto loan refinance ; representative ran the credit check and told the Apr rate for duration 60months told me monthly emi for which I agreed. Submitted documents opened account but then she realised thet she forgot to tell me that it will be for 42months not 60months and came up with new emi. I disagreed and came back. Total wastage of my time and ran the credit check unnecessarily.

I love my bank no fees takin out at end of month in fact they pay me at the end of the usually like 20 dollars it awesome

Don’t even waste your time here. Stupid everywhere
