Been with this credit union around 8yrs now. I absolutely love it. They're a caring and pleasant staff. They schooled me on purchasing my own home. And I did just that 2017. I love my accu family

This is the bank/credit union that I use. Love the service and atmosphere. Been a customer of many banks, it's not the same as a being a member you feel like family. Thanks to everyone at Azalea City

The best bank I have ever used. The most engaging and sweet staff you could find. My children will be upset if I do not bring them.

Someone stole my credit card information. I called and they were so helpful. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. Thank you so much

Horrible credit union. Never in my life experienced a place like this. Slow customer service and everything has to be done on the inside. Can't call and get nothing done over the phone. I'm closing out all my accounts. I hate this place. It's Friday and the dam lobby is closed and they're doing everything in the drive through. I hate this credit union with a passion

The credit union was hacked on December 6, 2018, I was contacted that “my” debit card was flagged for fraud alert. Was informed by a representative for the Calvert, AL Brach that I would receive a card 10 days from December 6, 2018. It is now December 19, 2018. Still no debit card. I began calling the credit union on December 11th. Was informed my card has been shipped, I’ve called every day since, only to be on hold long periods of time never get a callback. So I keep calling only to be told sorry for the delay all our members had to get new cards and we are just protecting your account and I appreciate that. I don’t have credit cards all I have is a debit card. called the following day because I still have no card was told we can expedite you a card for $40 but that still not overnight shipping. I am slated to board a flight December 22, 2018, for a trip I’ve planned all year for Christmas I can not pay for a hotel room, checked back or my Broadway show with a check or cash. I know and feel I am not being valued or treated as a priority as a customer or member of this credit union for the error(s). I wasn't even given the option to have a new card expedited with fees waived due to my inconvenience. This credit union sucks I wouldn’t recommend them to the hackers who started this mess, yet alone Satan Himself.

I called about opening a new account and the teller was a bit rude. I have no other experience with them but for me that was enough.

Outstanding Shared Branch/Co-op service at Cottage Hill, fast, friendly and very informative.
