I have been banking with Navigator for nearly a decade now and have never had any problems, until today. I noticed a fraudulent charge on my account and had my card canceled. Instead of waiting for a card in the mail, as a debit card is my only means of payment, I decided to leave work early and get a new one from this location. I pulled into the drive thru at 4:52. There were 4 cars in front of me. When I got to the window, they had the curtain pulled down and the woman said they were closed. It was 5:04. I understand things are hectic during this pandemic, but now I am unable to get my prescription medication and other essentials until tomorrow, because this location could not see someone who was in line prior to closing. To say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement.

This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. It took them 3 weeks to tell me they couldn’t open an estate account- and throughout the process they never gave me feedback, I continually had to go up there and call to get any answers. Then when I went to go close out my fathers account they told me they couldn’t do it that I had to keep it open but could just take the money out but that they would flag the account so nothing could happen to it- well here we are 2 months later and now that account somehow has a negative balance- and they won’t answer the phone or call me or my mother back! I WILL NEVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN!

This credit Union has been very helpful over the years that I have been a member of Navigator. The staff is always been friendly and courteous when discussing topics at hand. I have had no issues when requesting a loan especially small amount loans there's been no issues in getting one. When talking to the staff were cashiers they seem to be knowledgeable about the products that are available through the credit Union. Also the wait times to conduct any banking business has been very short and when needed questions were answered expeditiously.

Had a check written to me by one of their account holders. I was told I couldn't cash it because I don't have an account with them. Never heard of this in my life. I have a credit union and write checks to people and they have no issues same with other banks I have used in the past.. so why do you let your people even write checks if they can't be cashed.
