Necole has literally the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a bank in my entire life. I have never seen anyone so irritated at the idea of performing the tasks of their own actual job and offer the least amount of help possible. Condescending and petty. Highly do not recommend.

I've been a member of this Credit Union all of my life. Since 1994 I've had a savings account, and since 2012 I have had a checking account. They have always treated me well and been respectful. This is the kind of place you can go to get a check cashed and you'll be recognized by your face and greeted. Covid has really messed up business there; the hours are reduced, and the staff headcount is too, but they still do a great job. It seems to me that people working here don't hate their job, as there is always service with a smile. I can easily recommend anyone in the area to open up an account here.

Very poor. Awakon informed me that they would charge a $50 a month inactivity fee on my savings account. I told them I felt this was a poor business practice and their reply was very rude and incorrect. Awakon bake tell said it was federal law that they must charge me. I tried to argue and say it might be your policy and it’s federal law to follow your policy but that it is not federal law to charge people. Very rude and uniformed.

I went in here as a member of a shared branch. The two ladies at the counter were not friendly and somewhat rude. They acted as if I were an idiot trying to deposit rolled change into an account. I'm looking for a financial institution in the area, and after their attitudes it likely will not be awakon that I chose.

Their payment receipts for mortgage payments should show a beginning balance......Documents provided to customers are not easily understood.

Fast, friendly, reliable. Awakon is a great bank. Always greeted by my first name and never have to wait more than a couple minutes for a teller. They can write loans quickly, and have very reasonable rates. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends or family there. Thank you for an awesome experience every time I walk in the door!

Very poor customer service, all the way around, including the handling of customer's money. Rude phone representatives and the drive through is a joke. ATM is constantly inoperative and the teller bent my Drivers License, by getting it caught in top of deposit tube she sent back to me! Done w/Awakon.

Awakon is my fiancé's credit union. We both have enjoyed banking with them for the past three years. The employees have all been kind, knowledgable people that genuinely care about our family.

Sketchy bank with sketchier policies don't bank here if you actually have money.

This place need more employment it sad when u go in your bank at 1:00 pm and they tell u there is a appointment at 1.15 and turn around and walk away think I need a new bank system that dont trun people away
