Terri and Brianne at Amerifirst walked me step by step through the entire mortgage process. This was very important for me, because the home I purchased was for sale by owner. No realtor involved to help move the process along. I was well informed what was needed from me to complete the purchase of my new home. I had a scheduled vacation to start on November 5. Brianne managed to work with the Title company to complete my closing on November 4, so that I could relax and enjoy my vacation. I can’t thank Terri and Brianne enough for their expertise and prompt handling of my mortgage. This is the second home loan Terri has handled for me. I cannot recommend Jim and his team at AmeriFirst highly enough! Despite a long drawn out frustrating process with changes in loan types, and issues with the appraiser, Jim stayed proactive and did everything he could on his end to expedite the process. There was not a single time that I wasn't able to get a hold of Jim when I had questions or concerns. If you are looking for a lender in Michigan, talk to Jim at AmeriFirst!!!

To say this was an unusual home buying experience is being really low key. I am especially grateful for my realtor Donna Stubenvoll and Terri Sorenson with the professional way they took care of us. Both of these people deserve a lot of credit for us being able to get into the house. Originally starting the process january 28 and not being able to close until the oct 19th. I really believe without there expert help we wouldn't have been able to finish the process. And terri's assistant Brianne Anderson was a big help also. thank you all and Donna Stubenvoll is the best
