    Opened an account in september. Still havent received my debit cards. Called november 18th, no one answered. Call center switched me to westborough and a lady from the westborough branch said she was going to expidite them. Today is dec 4th and the bank told me no one ordered my debit cards. So AGAIN i have to wait for my debit cards. 2 monthes, nothing offered except an expidite on the 3rd set of cards. If they tried to recitfy the situation, id change the review. However they dont actually seem to care.

    The Northborough branch of Avidia Bank is an exceptional banking experience. When I walk in the door I’m greeted like family. Any and all of my banking needs have been fulfilled in a prompt and professional manner. They are consistently friendly, helpful and responsive. I couldn’t be more pleased with Lisa, Tess, Amy and the whole staff at the Avidia Bank Northborough branch. Thank you!

    Best bank ever! Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Each and every person goes out of their way to make my banking experience easy. Whenever I need to wire funds, Jen, Diane, and Lisa are ready and willing to help. Every time I go into the bank, I am greeted by name by Renuka, Amy, Ann or Tess. I feel like Norm from Cheers! Great bank with exceptional people!!
