Working with Avid Mortgage was an outstanding experience. My loan officer was professional and flexible. Wherever possible, my loan officer did the leg work and when my involvement was necessary my loan officer gave me clear direction and step by step instructions to complete my tasks. Loan closure was quick and smooth. To verify my closing cost and loan rate were the best the industry could offer, I had several other organizations review the Avid docs and each of them said they could not do the loan at the costs Avid was offering.
