We absolutely hate going car shopping because 97% of the time we have a bad to horrible experience. The lies, deceit and scams are a big turn off. Shopping for a used car at Auto Savvy we were expecting for another horrible experience. We were prepared to immediately walk away to visit the next dealership. During our entire time there, we were waiting for something to go wrong so we could leave. Our expectations were very low. At the end of the day we were pleasantly surprised. Our sales person, Angel Webb, had a lot to do with our overall pleasant experience. We thought he was genuinely nice and honest. He had an upbeat and cheerful demeanor which was contagious. We did our homework before coming to your dealership. We new which car we wanted for my mother-in-law and we had a few back ups from your dealers and even more options at other dealerships. Angel only knew we wanted a small compact car in the $15,000 range with low miles. He found a few vehicles to look at, one being the vehicle we came there for. The first vehicle Angel brought out, my husband did not look like he approved of it. Angel saw my husband had a baffled look on his face and told him there was no pressure to test drive that car. He said he wanted us to be happy and feel right about the vehicle we wanted. The second vehicle Angel pulled out was the vehicle we came there for. We were shocked it was still available. During our test drive, Angel had another vehicle readily available for us. We told Angel we found the vehicle we wanted and he completed his paperwork on a timely manner. We left the dealership to get a cashiers check. When we return, Angel had another customer at his desk. He did a great job multitasking by taking care of them and also with us. Angel was a blessing. He found the vehicle we wanted and made your dealership our first and only stop. We thought we were going to be disappointed and would have to visit several dealerships. My husband and I were tired and cranky because we drove up there from Los Angeles to help find a car for my mother-in-law who resides in Las Vegas. Our trip was worth it. Auto Savvy had a good variety of vehicle at reasonable prices compared to your competitors. We hope to convince our family and friends to purchase their next vehicle from Angel. We are glad we were wrong with our initial feelings about your dealership. Thank you Angel Webb and thank you Auto Savvy.

First time buying a car, went to other dealerships prior. Was not having a good time. Last place I came and was looking around. Ed came and greeted us, very friendly, never over bearing. Gave him a lot of questions and issues I was dealing with and he helped me, no problem. Made buying my first car a success. Thank you Ed, very happy. Would recommend him a thousand percent. I drove from PHX to LAS on 12/23 to get my wife here dream car 2019 Honda Odyssey for Christmas so she has room for our kids and their sports. After 5 months bumper is falling off. Spoke to customer service to see if they can help. I was told I should have purchased the extended warranty. Wow you would think $32,000.00 spent on this would get you better quality and customers service.

I went to Auto Savvy because I saw a jeep on OfferUp that I thought was really cute. It was located at Auto Savvy and they did have that jeep that was pictured in the photo. I actually test drove four different cars and chose a jeep Cherokee. The service we received from Jonathan Castro was superb! He was a great listener, helped throughout the whole process, and was extremely accommodating to every question that we had. I am extremely happy with the car that I purchased and I would highly recommend Auto Savvy and be sure and ask for Jonathan Castro to help you in your car seeking journey!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. They worked with my circumstances at the time and I was able to get more than I expected with the car I wanted along with the warranty/gap coverage. On top of that, a low interest rate. I was new to the branded title market but after this experience these guys have a lifetime customer here and I'll refer everyone I know to them. They do branded titles the right way without a doubt. The people who work there from the salesman like Ed and Garrett, the people in charge of finance to the management are great at doing all they can to get you the best deal possible for a car you love. We came here after a long day of hitting different dealerships throughout the Valley. Chino was great at explaining their company and helped us find the perfect truck! He wasn’t pushy at all and made sure to show us exactly what the numbers were and the information on the truck. 100% less stressful than the rest of my day.

He was very understanding and let us tell him what we had to offer, what we were looking for, etc. He listened closely and he made it happen for us. Overall my experience with AutoSavvy was great! My salesman, Angel, was friendly, helpful and made the process easy and fast. The car I wanted was ready ready when I got there and in near perfect condition! More than happy with my purchase.

My salesman Ed was welcoming and felt more like a friend than a salesperson. The location was clean and quite with some addition space to play pool and/or ping pong while you wait for your deal to be done. By the way I lost the ping pong game to a thirteen year old but that's neither here or there. All around great location with nice cars. The pricing was fair giving the situation. The only thing I didn't like were the interest rates but who likes interest rates right? End up getting a Charger GT with a little over 16,000 miles.

I love the car I got, and I’d love to leave a high review, but I was super upset with the cleanliness of the car. Christian told me it had been detailed; and it was filthy. Covered in sticky stuff, dust, and who knows what. I asked him to have it cleaned again, and he told me he’d take it to the detailing place up the road. There is not an auto detailing shop up the road (based on Google maps) He had told me he would take it to a detailing shop while we finalize the paperwork, and once we finish the paperwork and I got back in the car, it was clear that there was nothing that had been done except for the things that Christian himself had wiped down. He told me that they had detailed the car which was untrue, and it really just looks like they took it for a ride around the block while we did the paperwork based on the miles in the car. The seats have stains, there are stains on the ceiling, and there was dirt and something sticky (soda or coffee) stuck in all the little crevices. To fully clean it, I had to pull apart the entire center console. Once my husband and I got home I spent four hours cleaning and detailing the car, and I cannot believe how disgusting it was. I agree that it was a good buying experience, and that they got me a great car for a great price, but I did not appreciate the dishonesty, and how dirty the car was. If you’re going to be selling cars, at the very least they should be clean.

Got a Ford Expedition today. Angel Webb let us look at as many cars as we wanted to look at and made sure to get us the best deal he could. Very friendly and funny guy. We will probably be coming back to AutoSavvy for our next vehicle we purchase!

After the accident happen our car got totaled. We went to the same dealership store where we got our last car but we got turn down. We have the letter from the insurance and the car got paid everything already. So we went to AutoSavvy hoping that maybe we will get lucky, and we ARE. People at AutoSavvy was amazing the manager was helping us bec. We are on bad credit and the money was tight and we are still dealing on our therapy session. Basically we are in bad shape but AutoSavvy help us. Thank you AutoSavvy you help us a lot. I will recommend you guys!.

Angel was a godsend after a six month ordeal having my 2008 Corvette become a total loss after a visit a local repair shop. I wanted to replace that car even though it held good value did not know that what it would be hard to finance as a lot of banks have rules against financing a car older than 8 to 10 years old even though the car is still worth 30,000. After seeing a beautiful 2012 grand sport at this dealership made a call put in a credit app Angel took a couple days trying to finance me on that finally approving it but it was over my head. Seeing they had one very similar to mine,2009 up in Utah at one of their other locations,, In my price range but forgetting it's 13 years old. II asked Angel can I get that one possibly? again he put his head to the Grindstone and in two days got me approved within the parameters of my down payment and monthly that I could afford and on top of that got the car delivered from upper Utah to Las Vegas for only $400, big bargain in this days with a rental gas and everything else.. Car arrives late Thursday he called me Friday morning and we set up a meeting at 1 PM. Everything was smooth with Angel JJ and even Precious, Who graciously Field in my phone calls and kept me up to speed. Highly recommend this dealership they are fair and they will work with you and they have nice quality cars

Just because you change business names don’t mean that your reputation hasn’t changed. I do not recommend buying a car from this place due to the condition that they are sold in. The warranty doesn’t always cover the repairs on this vehicle, my last purchase was in the shop for months at a time during the first year. These folks sold me a car that they knew had a bent frame and they didn’t say anything about it and the frame cause me more problems down the line. I’m going to contact an attorney to find out if I can sue them for their negligence and lack of transparency

I heard about this dealership approximately 6 years ago from my son in the air force Before they changed the name from Auto Source He purchased a BMW 435i clean brand new vehicle for whatever reason the car had a rebuilt title he never had a issue with the car at all so fast forward to today I walked in and sat down until JONATHAN CASTRO assisted me very knowledgeable courteous patient and professional answering all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with making my purchase giving me the direct details of the car and title So my advice would be don’t hesitate to stop by and ask questions and ask for JONATHAN he’ll bless you with his professionalism

ED HOOKED US UP! ****UPDATE**** After this day it was nothing but racism and trouble. The car started falling apart one weekend after my wife and I bought it. Don’t listen to there 3 month warranty it’s only 30 days. And they will find any excuse not to help you. The customer service is overworked and Jacqueline the person running it openly said that this company was racist towards minorities. The manager of the establishment Colby showed EXTREME dishonesty lack of character and racial motivation his office staff Beth was also disrespectful and racially motivated his receptionist Brittany disrespectful and RACIAL MOTIVATED they will talk about you if you are not within ear shot they showed us with actions and attitudes that they did not care about our business just the money. I DONT WANT A REPLY! As they were given multiple attempts to return to professionalism even during and after the days following the disrespect. And I don’t not recommend buying a car from these people especially to my Veteran community.

Bought a vehicle from here angel helped me good buy, Took the car home needed a quick alignment and they told me to call a number so I did call and ended up talking to somebody in Utah talking about 2 months to do a simple alignment, a lady by the name of Jaqueline Quinones on site called me and I told her what was going on she was able to get me in the same week she showed initiative and cared about my business not like the robot I spoke to in Utah. anyways the car is riding smooth now and I won't be having to replace the tires I just put the rear ones in the front since it was pulling hard to the right the the inner tire camber was starting to show quinones is definitely a valued team member and should be recognized for her quality attentive work I highly recommend buying from auto savvy and saving some cash they got some good trims not carmax basic rental vehicles good work fellas. I had such an amazing experience here with Kyle. He was VERY patient with my car buying. I was having issues with adding car insurance and it took my over two hours to make sure I was able to add it to my policy, but the entire time Kyle never pressured me. He was very patient even as we were about to leave. Luckily, my insurance was accepted and I was able to leave with my dream car! Such an amazing place to shop especially with all that they offer for protection for your new car. Definitely getting people!

I had never dealt with a branded car dealership I was a little leery about what the experience would be like. I couldn’t have been more wrong, I dealt with Garrett Greene, a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. No pressure sales they even let me take the truck out for a test on my own. How many dealerships do you know that still do that? He was very up front about what a branded title meant and what all had been done to the truck. All their vehicles come with. 3 month 3000 mile warranty. After I bought the truck I drove it to Texas I had a few minor issues and scheduled an appointment with Auto savvy to get them fixed. They fixed them all no questions asked and no charge. I would highly recommend this dealership. Just remember all the vehicles are rebuilt know what your buying and do your homework. If you don’t ask the questions they can’t answer them.

The car sales man that helped me and my wife was good his name is angel he was cool throughout the hole process. There wasn't no pressure in buying a car which I liked it was fast and simple. The only reason I didn't give the last Star is because the car inside was dirty from the previous owner I'm spending a good amount of money on this car and now I have to spend more money getting it detailed inside.

Went to this location on 2 different occasions, could not get anyone to help us either time. Stood at the door call them on their phone many people walked past us but no one even said hello. Wouldn't let me give half a star. Just about went and applied for a job just so my husband could look at a truck.

This was my first time buying a branded vehicle, so I wanted to take my time reviewing the entire history and all reports on the vehicles I was interested in. I came in over 2 different days and Joe and Ryan were extremely helpful on providing full disclosure of the vehicles history. On my 2nd day Ryan spent eight hours with me going over 11 different vehicles and I test drove six of them, he did all that while helping 3 other buyers. He stayed professional and multi tasked like a champ. A day after I purchased my truck I saw some damage that I didn't see on the disclosures. I talked to the manager Colby about it, the next morning he had the vehicle up on the Jack's and he and his lead mechanic showed me that the damage I was concerned with was purely cosmetic. Which I could see clearly once on the Jack's that it was in fact cosmetic I will say the sales agents and staff at auto savvy were all top notch. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We were in the market looking for a Nissan Maxima Platinum. Searching the internet high and low we found this place. We live in California so its about a 4 hour drive one way. I called and got ahold of Jesus Castro. Very friendly, answered all my questions and concerns. I told him I would get back to him because I was still not ready for that 4 hour drive. I kept searching in California but I could not find the one I wanted. We decided to make the trip. I called Jesus back and again he was very helpful sending me pictures and videos of the car: interior, exterior, and engine. Before making the decision to go out there I looked at their Yelp reviews. My heart hit my stomach. They were so bad. So my husband called and asked Jesus about the reviews. He told me if you want true reviews, check out Google. They were a million times better with over 600 reviews. We decided to pull the trigger and go. We drove out there, we got to the lot and I was so impressed at how big the dealership is. There must have been over 300 cars there. It was super clean, nice, staff was very friendly. Jesus welcomed us in like family, showed us the car, gave us the key, and let us text drive it by ourselves. We took it for about a 30 minute test drive. Everything was perfect. They financed us with a credit union. No bull. No hassles. The experience was easier than buying a car at Carmax. I would absolutely go back and purchase another vehicle there. Thank you Jesus Castro and all the staff at auto source Las Vegas. P.S. They had a beautiful waiting room with a pool table and ping pong table.

AutoSource is awesome!! Worked with Angel and the whole process took less than two hours total. My daily driver was stolen so I needed to get into something else to get around town. Went to AutoSource and at first they weren’t able to finance but then they really went above and beyond to get the bank to agree to different terms. So far the car has been great ( even called to check in and make sure the service items the car needed would be taken care of by they’re own department). I was able to find a clean title vehicle but they have a ton of beautiful new vehicles available as well. Will be recommending and coming back in the future! Thanks Angel and Crew!

The AutoSource/AutoSavvy team is amazing. My family came to auto source to just review some options for our family. We found a Subaru on their website we were interested in so I called.. From the beginning I’ve received nothing less than excellent service from Angel and Ryan down at Autosource. Although Angel wasn’t able to complete the sale with me, he gave me excellent customer service by setting the test drive up via email. On the day of the sale Ryan finished off what was started by helping set up more test drives. He was friendly, very personable and polite in all ways. It seems they have a great team down there and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the market for a car.

It Took forever to get the Car we wanted in. However, Ryan worked with us and was very Pleasant about the whole experience. They had loaned out our car to another customer and took forever to get it back. Once it came back Ryan was awesome. offered to pull financing for us, though we were pre-approved with another lender. Made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Ryan made sure we were aware of all the repairs done on the car and even got us some extra for the trade in and lowered the price of the car a bit to help us get the payment where we wanted it. Had a great car buying experience with Auto Source! This is the second time I’ve purchased a car from them, and yet again I was not disappointed. My salesman Garret Green was very professional and personable and did a great job getting me taken care of purchasing a car. No pressure, just there to help out and make sure I got the car that suited my needs. He even delivered the car to me later on that evening, as I didn’t have anyone available to take me and drop me off to bring it home. Excellent service all the way around. The only complaint I have is that they told me the car would be detail cleaned, however when I got it, it still had all the dirt and grime and bug splats that were there when I initially looked at it. It very clearly had not been detailed. But other than that, I had a terrific car buying experience!

AutoSource definitely has the best bang for the buck in terms of vehicle deals. I did enjoy their selection of vehicles as well. The customer service was pretty good, as you know when approaching any car dealership normally salesman seem interested and then a bit pushy, autosource salesmen were definitely not pushy. Although I may have made their job a bit easy since I one already had the intention of purchasing and had already set my mind on a specific vehicle. I will 100% say the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. In my specific interaction, the sales manager allowed us to do an overnight test drive which was truly unique, what better way to really feel a vehicle out than to take it home for a day. I'm giving them 4 out of 5 because the purchasing process as well as the vehicles test drives and in person interaction was great! The only reason that they are not getting 5 out of 5 is specifically due to the lack of effort to fulfill minor exterior repairs that I requested multiple times and the overall vehicle detail once we purchased the vehicle. It was not as clean and sparkling as I believe it should have been being just purchased. There is of course the lingering question of why their prices are so good, please look up the definition of a branded title. It was not a factor for me when purchasing as I usually end up keeping every car I purchase although in the end the vehicle will just end up being valued less when wanting to sell or trade it in compared to a clean title vehicle.

Definitely coming back to AutoSource to work with him again in the future! **ONE MONTH UPDATE** AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. They sold us a sports car that was $17k and 30k miles. Great deal? We thought so! They mentioned that this was once a salvaged car AFTER the paperwork. the car DIED in the middle of a sonic drive thru in less than 24 hours of driving it off the the lot. We called AutoSource and was directed to the office in Utah and it was the worst customer experience ever. It took 3 hours for a tow truck to get to us. They gave us a Hyundai to drive in the meantime that smells like sweat and cigarettes. We call every week to check on our car that’s still in their shop. They NEVER answer their phone. Never gives us an answer. I’m essentially paying for a car that I don’t have. I have never felt so foolish in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.

I was extremely hesitant to come here because I was nervous spending money on a car that could have something wrong with it. My mind was put at ease so quickly once I arrived. I was assured with proof of everything that happened to my car, I asked many questions and was able to go on a long test drive. I never felt forced to buy the car but everyone was extremely nice and willing to make me comfortable especially Jon Castro, he went way above and beyond pulling up 2 cars side by side letting us test drive both and even walking through both cars with us and answering every single on of our questions(I was pretty indecisive at this point) I finally decided and bought my car and I am in love and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it I am extremely confident in my purchase and the warranty. I had an amazing experience, and can’t thank them enough for letting me get such a good deal on a car!

After about a year and a half, the car we bought is still in very nice (almost like new) condition; everything works (even the clock!) and the staff are very nice - especially Beth. We had to take it in for some repair work a few days ago but so far so good-we’ll see how things turn out. I’ll be like Paul Harvey and tell “the rest of the story” in a couple weeks but so far, things are looking good.

I can very much say I had a great experience at this establishment. We found a car on the website that we liked and called to see if we could get all the information about it and have it shipped to us in Utah. We were fine with dents and dings but wanted pictures of them. The pictures they sent did not show the dents. We told them that if the vehicle had been smoked in, it was a deal breaker. They assured us that it had not, and that they NEVER sell cars that have been smoked in. Imagine our surprise when we got the car and it reeked of cigarettes. It's been weeks and we cannot get the smell out. It definitely speaks to their integrity. If you are buying a rebuilt title you really need to be able to trust the company you are buying from, and I would never trust this one again. They also promised us the vehicle would be cleaned inside and out before it was shipped, but we spent hours scrubbing stains and it barely looked like it had been vacuumed. The outside had not been cleaned at all.

We just bought our second car from here. The process was quick, easy, and pleasant. Precious was our sales person and she was excellent, highly recommend that you ask for her when you’re there.

Not easy to get a fair deal here. They say the cars have a branded title which equates to salvaged. They add a bunch of things like first mile fee for a used car? Smog fee even if you don't have smog check in your area. 200 plant a tree fee, if I wanted to do that I'd go through a place that does that. Worst is they force you to buy their insurance and under the financing contract there's no requirement to have that insurance. Good luck trying to get any of the fees waived. You want a car from them because the price looks good but be aware of the process they will tell you all those fees are normal, they are not. If you want to save some money on salvaged cars look somewhere else honestly.

Not your typical slime ball, chase you down, high pressuring, wear you down, privacy denying, gotta go talk to the Manager one thousand times before making the deal happen type of sales people. When we first got there, my Wife and I walked through the entire lot looking at whatever vehicles we wanted to without being bothered by anyone. The prices and vehicle information were clearly marked on the sticker without having to scan anything with our phones. We picked a few different cars to test drive, and instead of the salesman riding with you, we got to take the test drive by ourselves and talk to each other without interference from a ride along salesman. The paperwork process was super easy and was printed, signed, and done within a half hour or so. …..then we were on our way with our new vehicle that we got a really great price on. Bought a 2018 Nissan titan xd with the platinum extended warranty, so far the engine wiring harness and several sensors have gone bad due to previous flood damage, this was according to a Reputable Nissan dealership in Montana, although the platinum coverage should have covered this the company (owned by autosavvy) Declined to pay, we complained to autosavvy and after a period of time they agreed to ONLY cover the cost of the engine harness no labor covered. Buyer beware, go to a reputable dealership.

Updated Good buying experience, not pushy, car did have some issues. 2017 Honda Civic Si 4 months later I need to update my review. First issue was my AC quit working after 6 weeks of ownership. Realized the refrigerant was R1234yf so I did not have the equipment to work on that system. Took it to a friends shop, found out the wrong refrigerant(r134a) was out in the car $600 later and now my ac was working. Second issue I kept getting a P0299 (low boost) check engine code. Car would go into limp mode, I’d clear the code and it would be fine but the would come back every couple hundred miles. Started checking couplers and clamps. Finally I pulled the front bumper off to check the intercool and discovered that 2 of the 3 rubber seals were missing. Replaced them and no more code. Last issue was while checking the intercooler and piping I discovered that one of the radiator overflow hoses was installed improperly causing it to rub a hole through it. Some miscellaneous while removing the front bumper and upper core support I found 2 bolts missing 3 bolts that were loose and 4 plastic clips missing not really a big deal. None of these issues where deal breakers and I still got the car at a great price and certain issues are going to come up when buying a rebuilt car. It seems they try to repair these cars as fast as possible and don’t do the best repairs. Now outside of the ac parts to do the repairs cost under $80 total.

Optimal buying experience. Fair prices on all cars and fair trade in. Negotiations went easy Angel was my salesman. I traded in a truck I was upside-down on and had about 6000.00 in negitive equity. They were able to negotiate a deal that puts me allot more comfortable and ended up with about 4600.00 in negitive equity but the price on the car ended up being about 5000 under blue book value

Auto Saavy had a vehicle which I was looking for, a Ford F-150. On the test drive, dog hair and stains, not vacuumed, Was posted on their website for 2 weeks prior to seeing in person. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle the battery died on my lunch hour. Charge a $1,000 for "paperwork" and personally still have to go down to the DMV and register the vehicle myself. Had another vehicle blue book at 30-35K to trade in they offered 21K, "best" they can do. never again here. They will ask for a review right away on the lot, I would wait before any review with the business.

This was by far the best customer service experience and car buying experience in over 30 years. I don't recommend this kind of dealership. You're basically buying a defective car to save a few bucks and you're not going to be happy once you figure out all it's defects. I would recommend people to just spend the extra money and buy a certified vehicle. Peace of mind is priceless!

Recently bought an 18' Volkswagen GTI, experience was pretty straight forward and easy. Garrett helped me out and had the whole process done in about an hour and a half. Faster than most any dealership I've been to. They gave me a great price on what is essentially a new car. Also got a good price for my trade in. Only 1 week in and no problems with the car. Fingers crossed. Don't let them talk you into an aftermarket warranty, waste of money if you ask me. Only complaint I have is that after the car was detailed, they left a big residue mark on the tailgate from an old sticker badge. 8/10 would buy another vehicle from these guys.

When asked about car history, it was also readily available, no questions asked. There were a couple very minor parts changes we asked for (washer fluid cap, new wipers) and there was no issue and no questions. If you need a vehicle and just want to see and drive the cars with no one nagging about upgrades, better versions, or pushing you to buy, go to Auto Source. If there was a way to give 10 stars, we would. We will be coming back when we are in need of another vehicle. Highly, highly recommend.

Very disappointing. I bought two vehicles from this lot in the past three years and the experience was decent. However, this time I was shocked at the "returning customer discount" they offered--only $200 off the sticker price. Bottom line best they could do was $200 off the sticker. The last cars I bought from them they reduced between $1,000 and $,2000 approx. They tried to say it was because they just barely got the car in, but the last one was new and on their showroom. Watch out. They will stick it to you if they can. Heads up on their high doc prep and dealership fees they try to tack on too. Plus, they press hard on a service plan full of exclusions. We wasted a day traveling down from Utah to this lot. My daughter is pretty sad since we were looking for a car for her. I let them know my concerns but nobody responded to me. There was also more damage to the car than what they disclosed, so be careful. Mark E

Purchased two vehicles today from Jospeh Hoover. A 2017 Honda Ridgeline and a 2016 jeep Cherokee, I can’t stress this enough. The no haggle pricing and painless financing made doing business with these guys to convenient it’s scary. I was in and out in roughly 2 hours and 30 minutes. That is showing up, meeting Joseph, test driving the vehicles and the process of the purchase. I found it very cool and awesome that every single one of the cars comes with apex gps tracking that allows me to track where my vehicles are going and gives me a huge discount on auto insurance. I also want to mention the finance manager coby that basically went though the paper work in roughly 5 min. Super simple process and I’ll be back again.

I was looking for an affordable car with low mileage & new features for my next vehicle. Came across Auto Savvy’s website & they have quite a few. Called to inquire about the 2 cars I saw but when I came I ended up going with another car which was the 2017 Kia Sorento. Couldn’t believe it only had 24,000 miles so I had quite a few questions about the process as another dealership I was dealing with had “hidden fees” after they saw I was paying cash & tried to take advantage but Garrett was extremely patient & knowledgeable and made the entire thing a breeze. Paid cash for my car & just asked if Auto Savvy could detail my new car, put gas in it & tint my windows & he said “of course” at NO CHARGE to me. I got off a city bus, with barely enough money to get the cheapest car on the lot. Really didn't think it would happen. But I drove out of there with a spiffy little car, which winds up to be in really good condition for the price. Kyle Watanabe helped me out, even looking up insurance info for me and mediating with management on my behalf, just to help me get that great little car. He even stayed way past closing time! Angel helped me the entire way! I’m not located near the Vegas location and he made the transition to get the Jeep effortlessly and always figured out a new way to accommodate things to how I wanted them.
