Eden was the best!!! I first came in by myself to just look/test drive and she was super chill and not pushy! She allowed my toddler and I to test drive several cars and never once pushed me into anything. Jump ahead a couple days later, came back with my husband, once again Eden was super kind and helpful. Didn’t push/force us into anything. Once we did decide what we wanted I felt like she was on our team and not making us buy all the extra that we didn’t want!! Be very careful if you are buying from here. Our experience was great but you get what you pay for. We purchased a nearly new branded title vehicle and the repairs were not great. We have problems with our air conditioning and the paint job is well below par and started looking like a matte paint job after 3 yrs of owning the vehicle.

Highly reccomend you don’t buy a vehicle here. Had so many bad reviews they literally had to change the name. Bought a used pickup from here with 25k miles. Was missing parts, had 2 mismatched batteries. Had problems right from the start. Emblem was missing so they glued another on which fell off after about 5 days. Had driveline issues I had to beg for them to help with. Alternator & batteries were garbage after only 25k miles! Super rude salesman & uncaring customer service. Should have changed the name to Lemmons R Us would have been alot more fitting. It may seem like a “good” deal but trust me its not.

Update: buying the car was good. But my car needed to be service due to the heat not working correctly the two times order wrong part and the third time no one has called me been a week. I go in and no one has any update they say someone will call and still hasn't. Very disappointed be careful if you need anything fixed. Terrible communication. The people there all friendly. Eden was super friendly took over from a previous seller and did excellent, she very informative and knowledgeable. My only complaint was when filling paper work out took some time. I would come purchase another car from here again🙂🙂

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! BEWARE BUY ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!! bought a subaru crosstrek from woods cross utah with the help of Eden (sales representative) being in Boise. Drove down to Utah the following Sunday to pick up the vehicle, but as soon as I drove it out the parking lot started CLUNKING. Booked a hotel because I missed work waited till they opened Monday supposedly they fixed it but they didn't sill CLUNKS they told me to drive back to boise and have it serviced here dropped off the car Tuesday, it's currently Wednesday of the following week and no updates whatsoever! I'm frustrated with this situation! Customer service (Teresa) is hard to get ahold of and their main manager leland bettencourt doesn't really care about his customers you try to talk to him and he's either always busy or can't get back to you. Lesson learned for sure! Don't let their cheap salvaged vehicles fool you! You know what they say you pay what you get for. Just my 0.2 cents.

Just bought my second vehicle from Auto Savvy. As always, it was a great experience. My salesman, Tucker, was just awesome. I will be referring friends and family to work with him specifically. He's not like a typical "car salesman". He lets you breathe and think. He is not at all pushy, just helpful. Which I appreciate. Also, Leland, the finance manager, is a rockstar! Eden was amazing! We ended up walking in, more to look than to buy, and she was so so patient, let us take all the cars we asked for out, and eventually ended up making a suggestion that surprised us but we absolutely love. It was also her birthday, so it was incredibly generous of her to hang out with us all day and to make sure we found something we loved within our budget. ❤️❤️

Don’t be fooled…by other dealerships, that is. They will tell you branded titles are uninsurable. Not true. They will tell you they are “salvages” and cannot be financed. Not true. I searched for the right car for two weeks. This was the only place I came back to multiple times, not only because of the quality of the selection and the pricing, but the complete lack of pressure in their approach. Tucker, my rep, checked in with me every few days to see if I found anything and offered help, but never pestered or pressured me. Liz whipped up financing and I went from test drive/trade-in to drive-off-new in about 3 hours. Lastly, and perhaps most impressively, they gave me WAY more for my trade-in than any dealership in town offered me, and that was the first and only offer they had to make me. I didn’t have to haggle over the price of their car NOR MINE!! They put one set of numbers in front of me and we were good to go…no multiple “manager checks”. This sounds like an employee writing this, I know…but it’s not. I’m just overjoyed that I found this place and they were such a helpful and honest group. Highly recommend!

Flew out to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. The process was impressively easy and the vehicle was as described. Mitch and Eden were great. Impressed with the rest of the staff as well. You can tell that they’re good people over there. Would buy from Auto Savvy Boise again.

I usually hate car shopping but Eden made the experience great for us! We never felt pressured to make a decision right away. Eden and the staff were so patient with us and they wanted to make sure that we as the customers and our experience were their priority rather than making a sale the priority. *August update (LAST UPDATE) So the car spent nearly a month at the Nissan Dealer getting repaired. (by the way we had to haul it there ourselves, Auto source refused to have it towed or hauled there). Auto source customer service said they might reimburse us for the expense of fixing it.. Stopped by the lot and talked to Dmitry and he took the problem on and Auto source directly paid for the repairs. First the Mass airflow sensor was dead, not just defective but DEAD.. Made the car quit and would not start, also had to replace the battery. Went to pick it up two weeks later (took forever to get autosource customer service to OK repairs) and get about 4 miles away and notice AC not working... stop and open hood and see refrigerant spraying all over the place... back to the dealer it goes. A few days to get approval and a week to get parts... (the line was cracked, presumably by the accident it was in). Dmitry was nice enough to have one of his folks drive it the 120 miles back to our town. WHERE IT WAS IMMEDIATELY TRADED IN. We took a huge hit on this trade in, BUT... There was no way I trusted this rig with my wife and kids in it, we live 20 miles away from any town and to have them randomly stranded was simply not worth it. Dmitry and the folks at the dealership are extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. If your looking for a vehicle that may not be your main driver, I would say go for it.. If you want a dependable rig right off the bat, I would look else where.. With that said I might go back down the road for 3rd vehicle for myself, just a driver back and forth... I dont mind if I get stranded but not the wife and kids. *7/15/19 UPDATE So about 2 weeks after we purchased the car it would randomly die in the middle of the road, only way to restart it was to disconnect the battery and let it sit then reconnect and it would go. Been trying ever since we purchased to get this issue resolved. Well on July 3rd it did it again only to not restart no matter what you do. Will crank and act like it wants to run but then just shutoff. Was told to take it to a local shop, we did (at $150 out of pocket towing bill) only to have them say hey this needs to go to a nissan dealer for repair... So I call up good ole auto source customer service only to be told ..."Oh well you have to figure out how to get it to a nissan dealer (120 miles away) and oh we MIGHT reimburse for repairs" I am so stinking mad, this has been an on going issue with this car since we bought it and have the emals to prove it. Right now we have a 3500lb door stop. So let me get this straight autosource, you sell me a rig that parts fall off of it, it quits running whenever it feels like it, then you want ME to tow the freaking thing 120 miles to a dealer for repair??? and you MIGHT, pay for it if you feel the problem was part of the original crash it was in??? Im sorry, but no matter how smooth the buying experience was (and it was) it is not worth if you wind up with a lemon like this, especially if you dont live near a manufacturer dealer that can fix it.. *3/19/19 Update. I was able to finally make contact with Autosource and we seem to have the issues ironed out! So I am upgrading my review from 2 stars to 4.

It was my worst experience buying my truck at autosavvy, they didn't tell me the truth and the truck had a lot of damage, they also offered me a full tank of gas and they never gave it to me, for my truck they gave me very little money, and when I returned the truck that avia buys they stole $ 14k from me so I do not recommend this dealer

This dealership came highly recommended and has a great reputation. The staff were super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. From test driving to finalizing the sale everything went very smooth. I will definitely look here first for my future vehicles.

They do a great job selling and finding what you want. Customer service by Teresa the claims adjuster is phenominal. She will ensure you are taken care of your repairs are not covered by your bumper to bumper warranty, which I highly recommend you purchase. With this warranty, if you are in the Boise area Blazek Auto is hands down the best repair shop to use for any repairs.

My wife and I worked with TJ who was an absolute joy to work with. Auto Savvy had a 2019 Chevy Colorado that was in very good condition. TJ showed us the CarFax report to show us why the truck had been branded. It had been in two accidents but the airbags had not been deployed in either case so we figured they were relatively minor accidents. We took the truck for a decent test drive by ourselves ( for the first time in my 62 year lifetime…never happens in Ca.). We were sold but needed to work the price into our budget. TJ really went to bat for us and told us the manager called corporate to get approval for the $ were offered. In the end the final price was a little over budget mostly due to the vehicle recovery system that Auto Savvy installs in all of their vehicles. Leland in Finance was also very easy to work with and the process was very quick since we already had our financing in place with an outside source. We may be Auto Savvy customers from now on…..time will tell.

Great salesperson—personable, informative, no pressure. I liked that they had some wiggle room to negotiate on the final price. Also pleased with warranty program and extra coverage for windshield replacement and electronic key loss replacement. All staff helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. All in all a good deal!

Update #2: Airbag warning lights came on. I took the care to Nissan and the entire airbag system needs thousands of dollars to get it to work. I hate you Autosource. Update: Just found out the frame is bent. One of the worst decisions I ever made was buying a car from Autosource. The car was in the shop for almost two months because of multiple issues that were actually said to be working from the 152 point checklist that they gave me when we were sold the car. Customer service was a joke and when they said they would call me, they never did. I turned on the defrost and glass came shooting out like it was never turned on and checked. There was a waterfall of a leak behind the dashboard that came into the passenger side of the vehicle. So much for the "inspection" they say they do. Now 7 months after purchasing the car the air conditioner isn't working, window washer fluid pump doesn't work, the rear auto hatchback on the car stopped working. The car is falling to pieces in front of my eyes. I took the car to the dealership and they said multiple cosmetic parts of the engine compartment are missing. This was a waste of $20,000.

I Bought the truck in November and still haven’t received my plates or my title. every time I call I get lied to and passed on to the next person Eden sold me the vehicle but once we couldn’t get the title or plates she stopped responding to me then passes me on to Danni and she also gave me lies and false hope of getting what I needed for the truck that was purchased I bought a Lemmon from then I have already spent a good amount of money keeping this truck up and running. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dealership there a joke and think hard working people have time to bother them for temp tags , a title so I can plate the vehicle I purchased. AutoSavvy you will be hearing from my lawyer and I will right a review everyday until I get my title are a valid response………..

Liars, plain and simple. False advertising, deceptive sales practices, totally ignore you after the sale if you have a problem. Avoid this dealership at all cost, or give them your money at your own peril. WARNING: If you insist on buying a car from AutoSavvy, the branded title you will get (if you ever get it) will make it virtually impossible to sell or trade in that car again. No dealer will ever touch it and no private party will ever trust it. WARNING #2: Check out the very high number of formal complaints and negative reviews on the BBB website. The only reason this dealership has an A+ rating there is because they pay their dues on time. The BBB website specifically says they do not take into account the high number of complaints or negative reviews when calculating a rating. That should tell you all you need to know right there. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Traveled across the country to buy this car. I wasn’t disappointed. Chyanne was just super. She has great customer service skills. I felt she was working for me.

Both the car clean title, came up having damages reported all over the car to the car fax oil started leaking after couple weeks, transmission went bad after first month. It’s like thy just don’t check anything in the car they just clean it and sell it, if you had to buy a car here ask for full car fax report or go do a full car fax by your self, and have a second opinion from a mechanic, they robbed me and my money. Make your self sure what your buying.

Today Eden helped me get into the exact car that I have been looking for. She was so patient and kind. I’ve never had such a smooth car buying experience where I felt the sales person was actually routing for me instead of just collecting a commission check. Stop thinking about it and just do it. High praise to the team at AutoSource ! Especially to Elvis, Spencer and Dmitry as they worked with a misanthropic curmudgeon. I was looking to buy and did a web search for a new/used car. Initially I rejected AutoSource because they sell salvage title car. I did a lot of research on the car I bought and even found photos of the degree of damage. After much inspection of the car and a little consternation I became satisfied that the car suffered only body panel damage, no structure or mechanical damage. I obsessed over the numbers for a few weeks and then surprisingly Spencer gave me some very comfortable numbers. We consummated the deal and there was much rejoicing. If you don’t understand a branded titles Dmitry offers a grand explanation of the consequences or of little consequence. My advice is do research, Google the VIN, gather as much info as possible about the car and then get some satisfaction, I know I sure did. Cheers

I drove from Bluffdale, Utah to Boise to buy the car I wanted at a fair price and with safety. Well done autosource. Jordan greeted us as soon as we walked from our truck, even in the sleet and snow. He took us inside to look for and show us our options on the vehicle that we wanted. Didn’t offer us anything besides what we wanted or waste our time. Brought that car out and showed us exactly what was under the hood, and inside the vehicle (none of the other companies opened the hood for us for us to look at the engine) and let us test drive all the cars we wanted until we found the right one. He wasn’t pushy and was very straight forward with everything. He answered every question we had, thoroughly. We finally agreed on a price that we were both happy with, painlessly. Helpful, thorough and to the point! Awesome guy too;) Leland was nice and helpful too!

So I've been looking here for about a year seeing what level of vehicles they have and what I might be able to afford. Found my vehicle, was exactly what I've been looking for, and the team there was no pressure, easy to work with, and they were able to get me done and I was able to drive off in the new rig. Trade in was straightforward and they gave me a good valuation and was really happy with the painless process. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice vehicle that you might not normally be able to afford and don't mind a lil imperfection!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I came all the way from Newport oregon, to be lied to by these people. Initially I was happy about my deal, but ultimately they only provided me with one key for the vehicle, and every single thing they told me they were going to do they didn't do. Plus they charged me a bogus $399 doc fee, which is just an excuse they use to put extra money in their pocket. For that $399, I got nothing. I still have to pay my licensing, which should have been done in the loan. Do not do business with these people, they are liars.

I went to a different dealership and they treated me awful, so I went on a hunt for the car I wanted and found one in Colorado and Utah with autosource. I emailed and was promptly responded to by both locations and treated respectfully. I went in that day and ended up purchasing(no pressure). Elvis & I he team worked so hard to get the terms and payment I wanted. They even got my car shipped here from CO easily and also quickly did the payoff for my trade in.
