I refinanced my vehicle with them and everything was super simple! I filled out the online form and that same day someone got back to me with an offer. I was able to send documents through text message which really sped up the process and made things easy for me. I can’t thank Matt enough for being courteous and professional. Shawn was very nice and helpful from the beginning! A little pushy I felt after I told him I would be out of town for a few days and couldn’t get the documents sent until after but everything was otherwise handled fine. He was really helpful in clarifying anything needed, never made me feel bad for not totally understanding what I was doing! Great first experience for refinancing a vehicle.

Thank you AUTOPAY, be sure to know that Darin was knowledgeable, responsive/feedback, and efficient in locking in the best possible interest rate. I would like to add that he followed up with emails, text, and I mailed the documents with a postage paid envelope. Ultimately, it was so easy. I was afraid that this was some sort of scam when I got the mailer, but is definitely not! They find the best lender with the best rate, and do all the paperwork to get you set up. Jesse Reska was my rep and he was awesome! Very attentive and very responsive. He was always in communication with me and made the process very easy. Erik Munir was quick and swift with the turn around time of refinancing my car. I got myself in a bind and needed a car and unfortunately my interest rate was sky high. Erik was able to not only cut my interest rate nearly in half but he was able to save me $150 dollar a month. Erik was very professional and communicated and responded almost instantly. I recommend asking for Erik because honestly he was the perfect agent.

I wasn’t sure at first about trying to refinance my Vehicle with Autopay after being rejected by my own bank but they were recommended to me. They were able to lower my APR by over half of what it was and saved me 78.00 a month. From the moment I submitted my application I was contacted through email and text message letting me know what the status was. Trevon was my representative and he was on top of things. He worked quickly to get the paperwork to me and the process was fairly simple. He let me know everything that was happening. He was great. Highly recommend their services!

I was in a contract with a finance company that was just horrible. Could never contact anyone, could never set up auto-payments and those were a little steep. Autopay and Andre Coleman were great!! Honestly, never heard of this company. I was using Credit Karma to REFINANCE my car and this company CAME THROUGH! Huge thanks to TESSA! She made everything happen! She also made it a super easy and simple process! Tessa is Amazing, she got my old loan APR 24.9% down to a 14.6% on the new loan. Also dropped my monthly payment, saving me $65 a month!

I originally applied through another service, received a text that my refinance had been approved through Autopay. My loan consultant was Austin King. He definitely would receive a 100/100 score with me. I had to send over documents, get them notarized, and that was it. Refinance approved within 72 hours! My new lender already reached out to me, and I have my new account number. Overall process was super simple, and a breeze. If you end up with Austin King as your loan consultant, just know like Allstate, “YOUR IN GOOD HANDS”!

The most honest review I can give. It’s been a week and a half since I initiated a application approved and signed all documents. I waited until signing the loan forms and delivery of my correctly signed dmv power of attorney documents to finally place a deposit for the car I want to purchase. The dealer has been very patient with me as I have told him the time it takes to process and mail them the check from the credit union who potentially approved me. However there should not be this much of a wait to be on the first process of this application. If the customer does everything right and knows what they need to do and does it immediately the company should also do the same. I had to resign a loan document for a sales tax number issue and asked to resubmit a income file i Have already submitted. Communication with the loan officer is near impossible. It puts the customer in a uncomfortable position and after one mistake it makes them expect another with another delay. This is a review from a very patient customer but I have already considered taking my purchase order with another company as I do not feel confident in this process so far. The one star is only given to the respect I have gotten from the conversations I have with the loan officer but I am not even sure i will be officially funded by how this process is going at the moment.

Response was quick, and my rep Aaron was great with the follow-up and getting all my documents to me very quickly. My payments were reduced by $150 a month, could have been more, but I chose a shorter loan span. Would recommend if you want to refinance. If you are looking for quick and easy Autopay is it!

This was a pretty easy process, It did not cost me anything out-of-pocket, and it is saving me from being upside down on my car loan. WARNING- DO NOT USE AUTOPAY FOR A NEW CAR LOAN I applied for a new car loan through AUTOPAY because they offered a low interest rate. I filled out the loan application and spoke to the company a couple of times with questions, they were kind, respectful and responsive, then when I finished the loan application, they called back because the underwriter had a question which I answered. I received a text yesterday saying that my loan has been approved, great news, so far so good. This morning I found out that the loan wouldn't be available for 4-6 weeks. Why didn't anyone tell me this before I applied for the loan and before I had a hard credit check. This is outrageous, I feel I was baited with a low interest rate. This is not a respectable way to be doing business, do they expect people to wait the 4-6 weeks? I've asked them why it takes so long and have been told they primarily are a refinance company, and it takes a substantial amount of time to fund a loan. My car is coming in this week, so I'm really disappointed.

I found Matt with AUTOPAY within the Credit Karma app. It suggested I complete an application for refinancing…this would do 2 things for me. At first I was a little skeptical when I received the letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved to refinance my car, but once I read the reviews I took a chance. We went to them to refinance our loan and we’re very disappointed. First I told the rep Nick Moore that I did not want a run around and a process that would take more than a week. He guaranteed that they do not. He then proceeded to convince us to get the warranty and that we could cancel at any time and our payment would be lowered the $70 a month when we cancelled which got us to sign. Then we started getting run around and after 2 weeks I emailed Nick and stated that either we get it done or we will cancel our loan app. He become very rude and stated they he wouldn’t do that cause it would make us look bad to other banks. He got the loan done the next day. Then a month later we decided against the warranty and called to cancel it. This was a terrible bait and switch experience! Consumer beware. I applied through Credit Karma under the guise of refinancing with a lower interest rate. Instead of saving me money they extended my term and slipped in a $1771 warranty that I never asked for or wanted and a $500 application fee. When I realized they fraudulently added a warranty I called to ask them to cancel my application or rewrite the contract without the warranty and I was told my representative Anthony Luna would call me back. This never happened. I called again and was told the same thing. I never received a call and only got a short email saying that I can cancel the warranty at any tim but no mention of taking off the charge or canceling the loan. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will never use an online broker for a auto loan again.

Just know that when you've begun the process of potentially refinancing your car with AutoPay that they are likely to make a hard inquiry on your account regardless of any consent or caution. They will even state in emails that it's only a soft pull. In the process of disputing this with the lender they chose. Had a great initial experience with Katherine B. over the phone, but then my file must have been passed to someone who was not made aware of my request to not have a hard inquiry done as I wait for rates from a competitor. Receiving multiple different emails from different people clued me into the miscommunication. Now I'm stuck with an inquiry I did not request on my credit, but at least they were able to provide me with the worst loan terms and APR out of all my refinance options. Currently around a 790 credit score for all three bureaus, FYI.

I just recently finished the process of refinancing my vehicle with the help of this company! At first, I was a bit skeptical, because I had read a few intimidating reviews. And I was skeptical because I didn’t know their representatives used text messages in the process. But when I went to their website, it does state that the representative assigned to you, is always available at your convenience via text or email. Which, honestly, being a mother of multiple young children who are always yelling or crying the background, being able to reach her via text was SOO convenient. Anyways, I did mention to her some things I had read. But she quickly reassured me and clarified what really happens on the issues I read. I’m grateful and thankful that I went ahead and started the process with her. She kept me updated the entire time, she goes through the documents with you and allows you to ask any questions before signing, she breaks down the cost of the loan. She breaks down the process of how your current loan is funded, canceling any GAP insurance you have with them and what to expect. You also have the option of purchasing a new GAP warranty and a full warranty which I did purchase. They ask you what your goals are: do you want a lower APR, do you want a lower monthly payment, etc. I wasn’t too worried about my monthly payment I was trying to bring down my APR. She was able to help me get down to an APR of 8.5%, which is great compared to 14.98% that I was currently paying. This is great. I’ll be saving so much money on interest now! Thank you so much for the easy process of refinancing my vehicle! It was a breeze and I knew exactly what to expect, all the time. Hope this helps anyone else looking to refinance! Thanks Autopay!

Man my APR for my car was 21.33% at the time my car dealership went with my lowest score of course but I knew that I was going to refinance my car in three months. Applied online on a Sunday, didn’t hear anything tell Wednesday only because I reached out. They told us the loan was was approved! And everything was good just need to email some documents over to be signed. 2 days later nothing reached out to whoever was helping and nothing. Day later we finally got in contact with whoever’s “helping” us and they tell us the loan wasn’t approved. At that time he spooked to my co-buyer so I’m not to sure for the reasons why it was not approved. I’ve call Autopay to follow up see what happened and they said they would be reaching out to me later that day or the next. AND still nothing!!!!!!

The process was 1 month and a half long. So unnecessary! The ideal way (cause I've done this before) is for them to ask for all documents at once. I understand sometimes there will be additional documents that were forgotten. I provided insurance to AutoPay and now the new lender is asking me for insurance documents again. Since AutoPay got paid. I'm suppose to do it again? The returning of calls or professionalism deserves a negative 3 stars. I have even requested to speak to a supervisor and 2 weeks later I am still here waiting for a call. They have my cell, email and address. No form of contact has been made as of this time. You're welcome AutoPay for the fee while I still do your work. By the way, I have refinanced in the past with other banks 1 week to 1 1/2 weeks tops (process complete) and NO FEES. Step it up Auto Pay you're lacking in customer service and efficiency!

I was checking my credit score and stumbled across autopay refinance and was super excited to see I could lower my interest rate on my current car loan so I decided to apply. I was preapproved then turned in all the necessary documentation immediately including my payoff and current lender etc then was sent an e-document to sign then printed the contract and had it notarized and mailed in! It was a super easy process . Then when the contract arrived, I received a phone call stating that I would have to put a down payment of $2142 before they would fund the loan AFTER I was already told the loan was funded . Literally everything they needed to know was made clear upfront…how much I owed, the value of my vehicle, miles, insurance card, registration ..EVERYTHING yet they still approved it hence the contract and documentation requirements…then BOOM nope can’t fund your loan now unless you pay us! To say I am upset is an understatement. I am only giving a one star rating for the super sweet and helpful representative that helped me get the process rolling and answered any questions i had. My final remark is you shouldn’t approve someone and make them go through all that paperwork and alter the contract at the very end.

This company is a SCAM. They literally had me send all of my information, sent a down payment, only to tell me I wasn't approved. I have tried calling for a month to get my down payment back and I haven't heard back from anybody. No communication. No email back nothing. I literally HATE this company. Was pre-approved for a reduction in my monthly payment from 212 to 179 a month. Went through the application process and the company told me I had been approved and had a representative reach out. When I spoke on the phone with the rep I was informed that in fact the loan I had been approved for had an interest rate that was 2% higher and a monthly payment that was 20$ a month poor. Extremely poor customer service, a total lack of transparency from the company throughout the application process. All I got from them was my time wasted and my credit score harmed.

Refinanced May 2nd and is now July and they still have not paid off my capital one loan. So now I'm making a $700 payment and a 550 payment to penfed credit union. They claimed they mailed the check to the wrong location the first time when we contacted them in the middle of June and said they would send one right out then. So here we are beginning on July and they tell me they have not even sent the check out yet. I get a different person every time I call and can't get a hold of the guy that wrote the loan. Know one has answers. I've retained lawyer to rectify the situation because it's so ridiculous.

Received enticing, "personalized" Offer A in the mail. Spent about an hour of my time engaging with friendly Autopay employees and providing requested information on the vehicle and my excellent credit. Received very inferior Offers B, C, D and E instead. Offer A was not available. Probably never was. In other words, a garden variety bait-and-switch move. All the Better Business Bureau logos stamped on the marketing mailer led me to expect better. Alas. The repeat lesson I received in exchange for my wasted time: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and Autopay is no exception.
AUTOPAY does perform a soft-credit pull in order to determine if we have a high likelihood of getting an approval from one of the lenders in our marketplace and what those rates and terms could be. The system provides rates when, based on the information provided, there was a pre-qualification (not necessarily an approval) for a rate that was better than the customer’s current loan. Then, prior to moving forward with submitting this application to a lender, the customer must complete the entire credit application, agree to the credit pull authorization, and re-confirm the submission that notifies the customer that lenders would need to obtain a copy of the consumer report. Do not touch this company. I filled out an app and sent the required documents. The next day Zachary (my assigned agent) tried to call me. It was early in the morning, and I work nights, so I was sleeping. He texted saying he had missed me and asked the best time to call. I told him, but he never called. For four days i would call and leave a message, but he never called. After about four days, he texted and said due to my inability to get in touch, he was closing the application. Keep in mind, this is after a hard hit on my credit. I decided to call the main number and speak to someone there. She said she would check on it, and put me on hold. After about 30 seconds, she hung up. Does this sound like a good company to you?

I've never endured such a headache dealing with a company in my life as I've had with Autopay. This company is grossly misorganized and it's like pulling teeth trying to get answers for them. I've been dealing with a loan specialist for the better part of a month now and they still haven't been able to finalize my loan payoff. I've sent numerous texts and calls trying to get updates and days go by before I hear anything. Then, after waiting multiple days I get a repsponse of "oh, we need your driver's license. So I send a copy of my license. Days later, "oh sorry, I meant social security card." Days later "oh we need your car insurance changed before we can authorize the funds." Imagine repeating this process over and over with my paystub, insurance, registration, bank statement etc. Why wouldn't they just gather the information that I needed all together? Also, I was originally sent over an virtual signing document and then after filling out the entire document, the specialist says "oh, nevermind, we have to mail this document because you live in Illinois. Okay.....Days go by and get the paperwork signed and mailed back. Still nothing. I ask a supervisor to call me and was told they would reach out. A week has passed and not a single call. Called this morning to talk to a supervisor and the lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do and I had to wait for them to reach out to me. I finally asked to speak with the funding company directly but was told I couldn't. Why? This company is absolutely terrible and I 100% regret refinancing my car with them stay away.

I had a great experience with Autopay to help refinance my vehicle. I had help from Cinthya Marquez she walked me through my first attempt at refinancing and really did everything for me other than getting the paperwork she needed. Using AUTOPAY was painless, however They should provide me with documents from my loan that I have not received or do I have access too, at least as of yet. I have received statement from the loan company already and the autopay website still says they are waiting on approval. I also believe the number of payments they told me on the phone and the actual number of payments of the loan are different, i at least wrote the down different. Autopay did do all the work for me though and the process was simple.

recieved a notice in mail car loan 2.84 credit score is 827 when he was taking application kept ssying looks good . i had to call 2 times to find out where it stood whoever my loan agent was was always at a meeting n would call me within the hour first time never called i called again he did return phone call but could not give me the 2.84 as promised for a reason i could not understand it was all double talk!!! what a waste of my time!!!!

I spoke with selena Parnell and I was very clear and told her I did a lot of research, I told them wanted to lower my payments and I explained everything before I gave them the okay . because again she sold me the call making it seem like they work with other 3rd parties like she stated. than boa sho was my agent he couldn't follow up with me nor remember the stuff we already had went over a few Time. I went asking for a smaller payment for them to only give me a higher option payment ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BIG ! YOU GET THE BEST SELLS WHEN YOU REALLY LISTEN TO UR CUSTOMER !! This company was amazing with helping me refinancing my car. I bought a new car about 2 years ago and got really messed up with the deal on it cause of me totaling out my previous car and not having gap. But I had to have a car to get back and forth to work so I had no choice but to take the deal. So I had seen autopay on credit karma a lot so I have gave it a chance to see what would happen. So my autopay Account specialist was Brandon Martinez and he was very professional at his job and did a wonderful job with getting me a wonderful new offer. Not only was he able to get me a wonderful offer he was able to walk me step by step and getting the process done quickly and accurately. So I’m very very pleased at the wonderful work Brandon did for us. If it had not been for autopay and Brandon then I was considered selling my and would have walked away even but I would have been with a car but at same time I would been with out a car but out of a really bad deal. So pretty much from the help of Brandon and Autopay I walked away with a new deal with saving me about 15k DOLLARS. So yeah you can say I’m very happy and pleased with autopay and Brandon. I want to write a review on autopay let me say I wouldn't recommend this company for anything. That being said I received letters after letters saying oh we can get your current car loan down by 300 dollars after all was said and done they only took my payment down 30 dollars per month. Then I said thats not even worth it. I said just cancel it im with a good company. Then they go and send me a email saying they couldn't get me approved. They aren't honest they lie so I don't recommend them.

Went thru credit karma to refinance my car. Sent them pictures of all my documents and they sent me paperwork to print and have notarized and send the paperwork to them via FedEx. Then told me I made a mistake with my vin(which I sent them photos of) and I was responsible to pay to re notarize the corrected paperwork and spend more of my time to correct their mistake that they insisted was my problem.

Waste of time! Received a pre approval letter in the mail stating I was pre approved to lower my monthly payment. Went through the whole application process and took a hard hit on my credit. Then I get a message saying I'm approved. But the guy tells me that he can't get a lower monthly or lower %. So basically I did all that for nothing and took a hit on my credit. I should have known not to trust them.

If you have a disabled military veteran in your household that can’t drive and is not licensed they will not work with you. It is their legal right to set guidelines but requiring everyone on the loan to be licensed discrimination against vets is their choice to discriminate but should be advised upfront before you tank someone’s credit score for no reason

Terrible customer service. You can’t ever get a hold of anyone. I was trying to refinance my car and they took their time processing everything and when they needed me to do something, I was only given 24 hours and they send me an email saying that they are no longer refinancing my vehicle. I was dealing with a lady named Michelle who has the poorest customer service I’ve seen by far as soon as she doesn’t like what you say she starts talking in a condescending tone and tries to bully you into making a purchase without giving time to review I asked her to send me documents so I can cross reference with my other refinancing offers she couldn’t even provide me that but instead insults me and talks down to me. I had a horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend it. The agent that was “helping” me wasn’t helpful at all. They have a texting option meaning you can text you agent and he’ll respond in a timely manner. I havd alot frequented questions regarding my application and he’ll reply the following day or i sometimes had to double text him. They provide a phone number but it goes straight to voicemail. I did alll that process just getting “approved” and they did a hard inquiry on my credit for NOTHING. I got nothing out of this. No help no options nothing. Just damaged my credit score and waste my time .

I see all the good reviews, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I received a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved. I filled out application online and was told I was approved on Saturday 06/18/2022. I received a call today stating I needed to put a down payment, once I informed Britany Negron I could not put the down payment she had asked of me, Shortly after, I received an email stating unfortunately I wasn’t approved. stay away from loan specialist Shana Yang. He's new and has no clue what he is doing. I have been put through the ringer. I applied and was approved for a Loan on Jan 12. Its now February 3 and he still reached out asking for the same info that's been provided. He communicates only through via text, but will not respond or answer the phone if you have question. I have had to worst experience ever.

Used Autopay to payoff a Lexus Lease. They found a credit union, which promptly paid Lexus, but failed to send all the other documentation to Lexus even though I had sent this to them several times. I ended up having to send it to request the paperwork myself from Lexus, familiarize myself with the requirements, and fax the documents over. They do not follow up on this stuff themselves and my lease would have been considered delinquent if I hadn't done this myself in time before lease end.

Extremely easy to work with and efficient. We needed to refinance a 28% rate first car loan, and AutoPay got a new 3.49% loan with GAP insurance, but unlike other loan conglomerates we tried were very transparent with their process, the full costs, TOTAL loan amount (not just payments - that's sleazy evasive stuff to only quote that!), breakdown of options, etc. They didn't push option like warranties and "protection" packages. Our loan specialist Lindsey was responsive, helpful and courteous. Great experience overall!

Not what I was hoping for but am still happy with the outcome. Cut my monthly bill down by about $180 bucks or so. I would recommend anybody to "give it a shot." We went through autopay to refinance our car. They are a middle man. Finding you financing. We did not initially realize that. When we started the paperwork we wanted cash as well. They said sure no big deal. It was a big deal and when it came time for funding they had to cancel the entire loan. But didn’t tell us for a week. Many other issues arose. It didn’t seem to be any one persons fault. But also no one person cared during this entire process. It took 11 weeks! Almost 3 months to finally get our car refinanced. They acted like none of it was that big of a deal. At one point our credit showed 3 different car loans for over 100,000$ because of their mistakes! I will never be using them again.

I received a pre-approval letter to refinance my vehicle in the mail from Autopay. I normally would have assumed it was junk mail and thrown in the trash, but for some reason this time I didn’t throw it way. At the time, my vehicle interest rate was over 17%. I’ve wanted to refinance for a long time but had no clue where to start. I googled the company’s reviews along with checking out their BBB rating. I was very impressed with all of the good reviews. I jumped on the chance to see what they could do to help me. A representative called me and we discussed everything that they needed from me to get started. Once we discussed everything, and with my approval, we communicated by phone call and text messages. This was my favorite part! I have a very busy job during the day and it requires me to be on the phone all day and the convenience of text messages was so helpful! I am now financed with a company that gave me 11% interest. I applied on a Monday/Tuesday over the phone for a auto loan refinance and after application was put in place I was only contacted by text message, which felt strange but the company has good reviews. But I was basically receiving only 1 text a day with updates. Saturday morning I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. It's not Monday, I had to call to be told I wasn't approved. I'm not as upset as getting told no as much as me being held up for almost a week before being told no. Very unprofessional

Be careful and make sure you ask for the amount of the transaction fee. They will gloss over it quickly when signing the papers. Yes, they will probably get you a lower rate but if you include the transaction fee...You are probably paying just as much or even more. Do a thorough research on everything....I wish I had. Live and learn.

My experience with Autopay was very much rushed and aggressive. After starting the application process yesterday, I was informed today I would have by the end of the day to fully review and sign the documents pertaining to my 4 year loan, or they would cancel it. The credit check already impacted my credit score, so perhaps give me 2 days to review? This is a 4 year contract, and I believe that's fair. After telling my rep I need more time, I received a generic email stating that they couldn't move forward with the app, even though I was already approved. Unacceptable, shady, unprofessional.

I really, really enjoyed the person I was working with in the beginning of all of this but seem to have my 5 star review to a 1star - solely based on the communication issues I had and how I was treated after funding came through for my car. There was one day I got a message saying I needed to do something for my loan before it was sent to the bank and to call my person. So I did, no answer. Did not contact me again until 3 days later, I had to call the main line to figure out what was going on. The person I was working with did not even call or text me to let me know funding had went through, I found out through the customer service line. This is my first time I have ever done this, so I was confused about my car payment with the company I am at now. She told me “she explained all of this on the first phone call” making me feel pretty stupid for just wanting a straight answer. But I see after they refinance you, they really don’t care about what happens after and their customer service goes from A1!!!! to, are you serious? Disappointed.

On February 15th I was approved to get my car refinance but it seems like everything is been getting dragged on now cause I’m busy man working five days but trying to find a way to give them my information to move the process quick but hasn’t move quick at all. The lady told Stephanie has got all my information and she told me that apr dropped and monthly payment has dropped and that the bank wouldn’t cover the engine warranty so I told her I don’t want that and I keep the gap insurance as I should . Turn out she call me and left a voicemail saying that she hasn’t heard from the capital one yet and she will keep me updated but she hasn’t did that. I call her back she didn’t answer and I call her again the next day cause she told me the time that she’ll be in the office and she still didn’t respond back. I understand that everyone got something going on with their life but it’s messed up that I don’t give no update on the contract or anything. They basically just ran my credit and didn’t refinance my car.

I contacted Autopay in reference to refinancing my auto loan. I spoke with a very helpful representative who helped me get a pretty nice loan offer with a lower interest rate. Unfortunately, my plans changed at the last minute and I was unable to accept the new loan. Even though I did not sign any documents, and I was not told this would be happening, Autopay somehow contacted my insurance company and added the new creditor to my policy as a new lien holder on the vehicle. I also assume the new loan required more insurance coverage than I had at the time, so they nearly doubled my insurance premium. Again, I was not told about any of these requirements, nor that any of this would be happening. I had assumed that, since I did not sign the loan documents, the process would have ended there. Luckily, I was able to notice the change to my insurance as soon as it occurred, and my insurance was able to change my policy back to the way it was before I was charged for the new much higher premium. Even though the representative I spoke with was helpful and respectful, going behind my back to deal with my insurance left a bad taste in my mouth.

I wasn't sure if I would get approved or not, because I am in the process of rebuilding my credit. I started a new job shortly after, but I wasn't getting paid as much as before. Although I was still able to take care of my bills, it was really tight. Since EVERYTHING is getting more expensive, I decided to try and lower my car payment to help me out. I had a loan agency contact me about Autopay, and that he could get my payments lowered by about $150. What a great idea and opportunity! I was approved and my payment starts the following month. Worse company. They said we were approved, then kept coming up with more and more information they needed to process our application. So if we were approved with what we gave them then why would they need more information? Then we get an email they said it would be 3-5 days so they could find the best lender. Again if we were approved then what the heck. To get to this point....we've been going back and forth for 3 weeks. So if we were approved after a week then why do they need more info and how dare they say someone is approved and keep asking for more and more information. They are only brokers NOT A LENDER, so beware.

Horrible experience. Worked with Leah and initially they couldn't figure out who my finance company was despite providing the vehicle registration with the lender and were trying to refinance a car that I didn't apply for. Like, why would I want to refi a car that is at 0% interest? Once that was sorted out, I was given a high monthly payment that made no sense given the interest rate and was told it comes with a warranty and gap. I said well is the warranty negotiable and the response was "we will go over it tomorrow." The follow up was are you still interested and I said no, I didn't like the terms only to have to spell out why in an amortization schedule and final payouts, etc to then be told oh well here's a new payment since you opted out of warranty. I said well ok, can I review the contract to see the fees and everything? I was told, no, like any other loan it's by phone and you agree to it before you get the contract. Nope, not at all how any of my other loans have every gone, so no opportunity to read a contract before I agree? Not happening. Awful. Sad thing is many just look at the payment and the terms and fall for the ploy.

This company is terrible. I have called daily for 2 weeks now to get in contact with my loan specialist. Will not return calls, texts, or emails. Spoke to a representative daily for the last two weeks and was told each time they would have a supervisor reach out by the end of the day. This never happened. If you can please go anywhere else to refinance your vehicle l. This company is a waist of time and will do nothing but prolong your refinance experience. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPAY

Please do not use this company this company is NOT for the people they are a third-party company that supposedly help you find car insurance but rip you off in the process they tacked on a $400 service fee that they never mentioned for their services alone , and the. Don’t complete the process !! I Came to them in hopes of finding a cheaper monthly payment in low interest refinancing loan and they tacked on an extra $2000 for a warrantee that was not discussed nor needed on a used 10 yr vehicle. Not to mention there’s also an $1100 insurance that was added to my new lienholder because auto pay failed to send them over my proof of insurance documentation so now I have to fight with them to get their money back they have been more of a hassle than anything

I received an offer in the mail saying that I was preapproved to refinance my vehicle. Sounded great so I went online to officially apply with my offer code. After filling out all of my information, I got an email stating that I was approved and a rep would be contacting me within 24 hours if not sooner. In the meantime, I was asked to upload my documents, license and registration along with insurance. The representative reached out to me the following day just to tell me that at this time, they were not refinancing auto loans for rideshare drivers. Could this have been avoided? Absolutely. They should have made this clear from the start when they asked for income in which they knew I was a rideshare driver. Complete waste of time and I would not recommend them due to their poor lack of communication with potential customers.

I got a few quotes but ultimately went with Autopay. Auto pay cut my interest in half with the lowest amount of monthly payments. Other companies gave me better monthly payments, but I wouldn't live to see the car paid off in the amount of months they adjusted to accomodare that payment . Keep that in mind when refinancing. My rep, Logan, was great, super helpful and was still available to help me a month after signing the contract!

Me and my fiance David Hernandez recently looked into refinancing our auto loan. Our loan officer was Michael Stanford he was beyond amazing. This guy don't mess around. In two days we basically knew what was going on and had unbelievable numbers which were better then we had. They got us from a 22.7 all the way to a 7.5 apr. To top all that everything was completed within a week.We were able to keep our gap insurance and got a better warranty for our car. We don't believe anyone could of done it better then Michael did. A tale of two different processes: The actual loan application process was straightforward, and my loan agent was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to lower my monthly payment by half, which was great news for me. The issue now is getting my title back from AutoPay. I refinanced my car in August 2021, but I still (as of April 2022) have not gotten my title back. I’ve been given several different answers about what is happening in the process, and no one seems to be able to answer my questions directly. I currently feel like I’ve been “lost in the shuffle”. With this, I do not feel I can confidently recommend AutoPay.

Was matched with a loan rep, who called once. Gave me no additional information as where or how to submit documents. Sent me texts that I was wasting their time. AVOID! We were shopping for rates before purchasing our new vehicle and saw an article on Bankrate about Autopay offering super low rates to people with high credit scores (which we have) so we went to their website and filled out the pre-paperwork. The questions were all very simple and it said repeatedly on the site that it would not hard check your credit, but give you some sort of pre-qual with a soft check. Submitting the form, we got a message that they couldn't give us an answer and we'd have to call - so we did. The gentleman on the phone said we didn't provide enough information (even though the site didn't ask for it), so he took it and informed us the ONLY way he could give us an estimate was with a hard check. We didn't want to do this but he assured us based on our scores and history, we would be receiving the very best they had to offer (somewhere around 1.99% - his words exactly and the rate we saw on the Bankrate article that made us consider this company in the first place), so we agreed to move forward. It gets worse - we were planning to purchase the vehicle in 2 days and he informed us that wouldn't be an issue at all. He said that they would get back to us "tomorrow" with our final answer.. once we finally got a response, it was via text from someone else telling us the best rate they could offer was 4.76% for 75months. That's more than double the rate we were told to expect and a longer term than we wanted. The woman informed us over and over that was the absolute best rate she could offer, but I know rates lower with shorter terms, so I asked her to provide the lower term options.. and yes, the rates lowered, but still not even close to the other rate offer we had already gotten from the dealership directly. The experience with the woman via text was terrible and the phone conversation with the man was extremely frustrating after being mislead. It was a MAJOR mistake on our part to trust that this random company could be reliable or trustworthy, but nothing can be done about it at this point since we were naive enough to give it a chance. Don't make our mistake. AVOID.

Loan refi taking a month. Expect to make 2 car payments within 2 weeks. one to old lender, and 1 to new lender. Reps are slow, not that bright, cant answer a simple question, give you the runaround. Autopay lowered my $377 payment to $220 monthly. My agent, Laura Stewart, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She stuck with me every step of the way and made herself available at any time of the day to help me. She even went so far as to scour my town to find an inconspicuous little packaging store when I couldn't find anywhere with FedEx packaging to send my documents to NASA FCU. I should of read the recent reviews. I decided it was time for me to refinance my car and submitted an application online. I submitted my i for as well and Austin Hornick my assigned agent has called me and said I was approved. From there it went downhill first with communication. I told him the times that would work best for me and instead he would call when I was working and unable to answer the phone. I tried changing my agent to someone else because I would email or call and no response. He found out about it and apologized and from there he would just spam me with text messages. He would rudely ask about the paperwork that has to be signed and sent. Once he received the signed dmv paperwork he texted me that the application will be closing because the start up date on when I started work did not match the application. It’s upsetting because can’t you change that information and continue on with the process of it was a slight error? They dinged my credit! Wasted my time! Made me believe that I was approved and all I have to do after I signed and submitting my information was sent dmv papers with my signature to proceed and take over the loan. I feel taken advantage of and I’m seriously scared that they’ll do something with all that information. I mean if they new from the start that I just started working and the months I had at my job wasn’t enough.. why continue with me? Why continue to ask for all my id info? PLEASE BEWARE ! Do LOT more research..😭

Worst experience I have had with an online lender. Got the run around for days and end result was they tried selling me extended warranty and gap insurance with a loan. I have really good credit and there offer was a joke. Never heard back from them after asking for more details. Waste of time!!!

With our present economy, I decided to try to refinance my car. I selected AutoPay and was teamed up with Deion Brandon. Not going to lie, I was scared to death of being scammed, plus everything else you can imagine. Deion walked me through everything kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. When I dropped off required paperwork to Fed Ex, I called him and told him just how scared I was. I even made him promise me that this was all good and he did. They approved me and snatched the approval back literally 20 min later. Got promotion and a raise so they took the ytd amount which wasn’t accurate because the position started in April. However, they didn’t do ytd from April. They did it from January. They wouldn’t even accept my proof that I actually make enough. They just went with inaccurate numbers and rejected proof. Wasted my time and got me excited for nothing.

Took a little longer than expected but managed to lock in a refinanced auto loan with a lower apr and monthly payment. Sometimes it was hard to reach customer service, but they did follow up with me whenever I reached out. Most of the conversations came via text which threw me off a bit at first, but Autopay was professional and eventually helped me out a lot. Would recommend them if you are looking to refinance your auto loan.

My loan specialist is Luis Reyes. During the process of refinancing my car, he has not been patient and clear with the instructions. He asked for a lot of information at various times which meant he constantly blew up my phone with text and calls. Then on top of that, after unclear instructions of that caused me to ship documents wrong, Luis had the nerve to be condescending towards me and talk to me as if I was a kid. This is not the type of specialist I would ever like to work with again.

After searching for a refinance company, I came across Autopay. Autopay was very user friendly on navigating through the website, Deliah Polnua was very polite and professional, she made the whole process very easy and was able to answer any questions I had regarding the refinance process with ease. I refinance with Xin twice! Once last year in 2021 with a loan I had for 4 years at 23%. Xin was able to get this refinanced at a rate of 4%. This year, 2020 I financed a luxury vehicle at 28%. Xin was able to get this refinanced to 9%! The amount of money Xin has saved me has be absolutely life changing! It was going ok at first sent everything in that they way needed. They rushed me to send the power of attorney and all that back and now sitting waiting for a payday that hasn’t even happened when we already supplied them with our most two recent paystubs. Next time will not use a third party like this.

Slight delay in receiving a response to the refinancing request and once it was received it was going to add two years and about $12000 to the loan. Not helpful at all despite their solicitation saying that we could save approximately $180 per month. Needless to say we will not be looking to refinance any of our vehicle loans with them.
