I had a really positive experience my first time coming to Auto Money! The staff was very friendly & immediately acknowledged my presence as soon as I walked in, even though a few employees were busy. I appreciate the efforts they made for me despite having things to do. Aleyiah made my experience very quick and easy. She broke things down into simpler terms just so I could understand better. She didn’t seem to get annoyed with my unending questions. She met & exceeded all of my needs! I hope I’m able to see her the next time I come in. I’m so thankful for her patience with me!

Hands down the most amazing company I’ve ever done business with. I was very nervous about having to do another loan on my title because I’ve dealt with another title pawn company(Title Max) in the past and they were AWFUL , it was like their goal was to ensure I lost my vehicle! When I walked in I was greeted very professionally, and the young lady who did my loan, I believe her name was Aleah(probably spelled it wrong) She was so amazing. Before having me sit at her desk she wiped down the area and sanitized , she walked me through the entire application, as well as all of the other paperwork and my contract, made sure I fully understood how it all worked . I really appreciated her and her actions, Heather was also very very sweet , and her and Leah both made me feel welcomed , and we shared a few laughs they have a great sense of humor also. I will send every one I know to these ladies , and will definitely never go anywhere else when I need some quick instant money !

Assistant manager Heather Fisher is allowing a man named Lee hill to sell the repos on Facebook marketplace I purchased a van from him he said he checked motor and trans and Nothing was wrong the motor or trans no good they are ripping people off I have a Proof of my claims if I need to show to leave my review thanks

It is very clean and comfortable. The people that work there are so nice and down to earth-friendly. I didn't want to leave because we were having so much fun and good conversation.

The girls at auto money not only helped me get the best deal on a loan, but they were so friendly and made the entire visit so enjoyable. They played with my infant son and kept him entertained through the process, and they got everything don’t quickly and painlessly. I’ve never done a title pawn before and it was explained to me in a way I could comprehend.

This place is AWESOME! They treat their customers like extended family. I own an asphalt business that's just coming up on it's first year anniversary so I've had to "visit" them regularly. Lol. Courtney is always there to greet me with a smile and Rene is right in the mix making sure myself and whoever else comes that we have all the assurance we need to let us know Auto Money is there for US! Such a refreshing place to do business. They have my vote! 😁 Now, they just need to let me restore their parking lot! Lol

I'm from out of town and was visiting family but I came in to get some information for my nephew. Nothing was actually set up at the time but I was blown away by the customer service. Courtney, who I believe is new, was especially friendly and helpful.

The ladies that work here are awesome my favorite is mrs renea she is very straightforward and dress really nice the whole team is great dont get me wrong but she stands out and i definetly love the way she dress thanks guys 😍😍😍

The employees at this Auto Money location are very professional, helpful, kind and informative. In my opinion every aspect of Auto Money is far better than the well known Title Pawn company from cost to professionalism.

Last minute events popped up and quick cash was needed on a Saturday. My bank was closed so no signature loan was available and I was in a small bind. Thank fully I was able to run into Rene Johns with Auto Money Title Pawn! I explained my situation and she was eager to help and work with me to get the cash I needed. She was very helpful and professional and extremely knowledgeable about the whole deal. Her politeness and experience was very much appreciated and noted. She will now be my go-to should I ever need help with this situation ever again! ***On a side note, I paid off my loan within a few days, not even a weeks time, and she went above and beyond to ensure I received a refund on title expenses since my title wasn't even in the tag office in the city at that time. Thank you Rene! Your'e a true asset to Auto Money Title Pawn! I HIGHLY recommend this place should you ever need experience and understanding when it comes to having to pawn your vehicle's title!
