I came in here thinking I was not going to get approved and my lovely friend Courtney B. She kept me calm and positive.. and got me in the ride i eye balled for so long .. she deserves the most of what she gets!! 10/20 recommend her services in looking for a vehicle!

Walked into auto finance and Courtney Bevis helped me out and got me approved she was very polite and nice she have a very good attitude communicated with me well and she had a smile that will light up the room we laughed and joked and found the best car that fits me

Good place to get a car from works with any type of credit and low down payments. Courtney is so sweet and so great!!! Yall go up there and talk to her and she'll get you a car!!!

I only gave it ★ because I can't give negative the sold me a car that couldn't be fixed they told me there's had no knowledge of a recall or no prior knowledge of it being used as rental or fleet car they kept me there close to 6 hours I didn't get to pick out the vehicle I wanted the chose for me the first one I signed for was really terrible it shook real bad and breaks wouldn't stop without pumping them the second was a repo that day because it still had car seat and all kinds of personal items in it even drivers license I told them I had 500 down no more and could only pay 200 month all said and done after them wearing me to the point of exhaustion and knowing about my night blindness I finally said I have gotta go what's the hold up they kept the paperwork never told me if I was approved for the second car until a storm had begun to hit at dusk the I said I'll be back tomorrow of course the paperwork was ready then I had to ask what the cars price was after already giving down payment plus 140 for Insurance b4 I could even get checked for financing options which wasn't any option it's what they decide to charge me was 460 per month when I had already said I could only pay 200 a month but not know the year make or model a my phone was dead because I'd been there so long I couldn't check the market value come to find out a car that sells 600 cash they financing was 13980 no including the insurance of 130 per month I'm required to carr so that's 460 car payment Plus 130 insurance 200 per month turned into 590 almost 400 over what they knew I could pay but by this time everything is finalized and signed because they won't check for financing until u sign that u will buy but they don't tell u the price up front or payment amount till they know if you been approved this place has been reported to the BBB and I've hired an attorney

Wonderful and friendly customer service. I had the pleasure of talking with Cortney Bevis at my visit and she was very insightful on my search for a car. Will highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see her in the future!

Brought my brother here to get him a new ride ended up getting one for my self thanks the Courtney B for being excellent and showing me I'm a one of kind customer truly the best experience ever!!!

I hope I have another 1.2 million views to this post alone To Be Determined...... Day 1 lemon day 2 vehicle swap and somehow the vehicle with the 2015 sticker that I was told was 2015 for 15k becomes a 2012 at 18 k and here's the real kicker. It won't start after 25 miles with bad plugs starter etc. Here I sit folks at 11;06 on day 4 with no reply I think they have gone ghost Stick around May have another Firestone

When we came it was due to the last car not working at all!! and having a child with special needs and in this heat its too dangerous so we took everything we had and went here . They were polite and very friendly and helped us get a nice car the go to person is Courtney M , Absolutely Amazing she cares and so does the rest of the team .She even drove the car to my house so we could driver our neighbors car back to her Amazing I rate 5 stars ....if your looking for a car use my Name for a discount Korie P

I will not refer anyone to this auto company anymore because they don't consider there customers income change because of work schedule change.They don't do what they say when they tryna get your business and once they get your business it's whatever and that's Bad Business.Really don't think that particular location on Forrest Street will be operating very long because I have heard to many Bad experience throughout lots of customers of there's..

This car lot is a complete joke. They do not take care of their vehicles. If you are late one payment they’ll come get it and make you pay twice the amount . If you try to surrender the car and peacefully give it back even being in good standing with them they threaten to sue you and garnish your wages up to 25% they are extremely difficult to work with . They are cheap down payments for a reason all they care about is money. Brittney is extremely disrespectful I was in there getting a car one day and she was rude to a customer telling him to leave because they didn’t want to make a deal with her . They are CROOKS. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO FINANCE OF DYERSBURG!!!!!!! If you want to make your payments monthly they will increase the payment and they over charge their cars!!!! Don’t do it BEWARE

They're crazy. Asking $13,000 for a 14 year old vehicle that tops out at $6,500 fair market value!!! Plus it was leaking so much oil you could see the smoke and smell it burning. Unbelievable.
