Told me that my loan was approved. Got there completed all the paperwork signed and everything. Then they denied the loan because of an error that they did by entering the wrong number in on their computer. Nothing that I did.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful in assisting me to obtain financing during an incredibly stressful time. My heating went out and I needed a new system ASAP during temperatures of 17 degrees.
